Large menu, friendly server both times I’ve been in and of course the bottomless fries… Whoever eats more than one basket I give you props because I’m generally stuffed after eating here.

I would like to give it a 2.5 because the food was fine. It is just that the hostess totally stressed me out. We sat near the little prep kitchen where the hostess and the servers kept talking about how stressed they were and gossiping about one another. Ack! I need a massage now.

This post is really a big fat ZERO but in order for it to post it needs a star. Just left this place on the verge of vomiting. Do not order the turkey burger! It was raw inside. The manager on duty was pretty lame. Do you realize how disgusting it is to eat raw poultry!!! Wrong on so many levels.

One of the best Red Robins I have been to. Tried Red Robin for the first time at this location a couple months ago and instantly became a place I love to go to. The service was excellent. Walked in and got sat immediately, drinks were brought out fast and food was brought out pretty quick too. But the food doesn’t compare to the staff. I got the Chicken Cesar Wrap which is excellent but anytime I go the fries are cold and not very tasty never end up finishing them cause they don’t taste very good. Other than the fries service and food is pretty good!

I love red robin! It’s one of my favorite places because of the whiskey river bbq chicken wrap(never had anything else). That’s why it pains me to say the last few times we have been to this location we have had terrible service. Our food takes over 30 minutes to get to us. The last time the couple who came in over 30 minutes after us got their food maybe 5 minutes behind us. All we ever get is a half hearted apology and no explanation. We are never rude and never complain. The least they could do is show sincere sympathy or better yet– put some pep in their step and get our food out in a timely manner. I hope that it’s just been a fluke on those nights, but it seems to be a continuing pattern…

This was the worst Red Robin experience I have ever had. My salad was the weirdest looking ceasar no croutons and brown wilted lettuce. My french onion soup was not at all as pictured but a tiny flat little square with barely any soup. My chicken burger undercooked and waitress acted like a spoiled brat. She started gossiping about us and would hand others are food to be dropped off since i sent the salad back.

This location is basic and about what I expect out of a red robin. A typical novel of a menu where nothing is great and everything is just fine. I have been to this location 3 times and sat in the bar area two of them. My main complaint for the bar area tables is the amount of stuff on these very small tables. First you have the huge iPad device to order from and pay from and then a large condiment holder for ketchup etc. once you have drinks on your table there is no room for anything else! Us and the table next to us used a 3rd separate table just to store all these excess items, there is no way you can eat with them on the table. The onion ring tower is good, the fried not as good as their used to be and my salad was nothing to be impressed by. just shredded lettuce and an excessive of syrupy dressing. There are much better burger places.

Man, this place used to be our family’s #1 favorite — so many memories. But now… My god, it is a absolutely abysmal. They ransacked the place of all interesting décor and the arcade games. They turned down the lighting to make it bleakly dark and got rid of all kid’s items. The service is not what it once was. And them comes the food… The food is just bad — Really, really bad. The burgers and wraps don’t taste gourmet or inspired like they used to. The fries always seem soggy and cold. My mom said her wrap tasted funky last time, and I noticed my burger topping don’t seem fresh. We’ve given the«new» Red Robin many chances, hoping that each time was just an off night, but it seems the golden era of RR is truly over. I’m guessing all the changes were made to make Red Robin less family-friendly and increase alcohol sales, but can alcohol sales compensate for the huge drop in business? The place used to be a community restaurant where you’d always see someone you knew and the atmosphere was lively and exciting. Now, it’s seems quiet and abandoned, where all you hear is the sports channel playing on the TVs. This all reminds me of the film«The Grand Budapest Hotel» where in its hey-day the hotel used to be a beautiful, happening place, contrasted post-communism by an deserted and depressing ruin.

We love Red Robin’s food. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The two times we have been here our servers have forgotten something that was ordered. Last time I asked four times for garlic aioli. I never received it, but was still charged for it. Brought it up with our server that it was never received, she said that she would speak to her manager to get it removed. She came back a few minutes later and said it was taken care of, go to pay the bill and it’s still on there. At this point it’s late and we have a restless four year old, so I just payed for it. I’m not concerned about the cost of the aioli, it’s the fact that I paid for something I never received. Tonight I felt rushed. Our waiter didn’t even give us time to look at the menu before he was over asking us if we were ready to order. General rule when waiting tables, if someone still has a menu in their hand they are not ready. We ordered an appetizer and our burgers at the same time. The burgers came out and we didn’t get the app. I asked where it was and Micheal(our server) said that he was very sorry and asked if we still wanted it. Of course not now, we have our meal. He came back once to check on us and that was after my husband was completely done eating. We ordered two more beers and he walked away. Not taking any dirty dishes with him. What ever happened to full hands in, full hands out? The whole time we are sitting there he is constantly apologizing to his tables for either forgetting things or for wrong orders. I halfway think the kid was stoned he’d forgotten so much. If it wasn’t for the food being delicious I’d have given this place one star. It was in no way a pleasant experience and we will not ever return to this Red Robin. I love their burgers, but this one is very painful to dine at.

Red robin was a favorite place. Loved the Southwest salad now replaced with over spicy version. Also, loved the burgers with bottomless fries. Now all slopped up with things to get to $ 15 burgers. To bad for me may stop when out but will no longer seek it out as a destination. Hoping this is a Denver only change, otherwise I will miss the RR.

Red Robin in general is one of my favorite burger joints! And of the many Denver locations, this is consistently one of the better! Red Robin knows how to do burgers and the bottomless fries are always a hit. If you have not tried the sweet potato fries then make sure you do :) The Tavern Double is always a inexpensive goto option. But I do love the Royal Robin or one of the specialty burgers … Whiskey River is another very good choice …

Was craving a burger last night so we thought we would check out Red Robin. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was exactly the kind of food you expect from Red Robin, nothing to write home about but it works when you have a burger craving. Service was a little slow since it was a busy night. It looks like a happening place for kids’ birthday parties. I thought the at table ordering system was amazing though and it was especially nice to just pay and leave when we were ready instead having to wait for the check.

It was a Thursday evening. We ordered tavern double burger with cup of tortilla soup, kids mac n cheese with apples, chicken fingers with fries, chili burger, tavern big burger, teriyaki burger with salad, chicken tortilla soup and salad all with fries. Food came in timely manner. Maybe because we just arrived from the airport and we’re famished but it was all good and server was very efficient and friendly. It was also convenient that I can check out at table on video screen. Noted: With my rewards card, the original bill went from $ 72 to $ 52, so I tipped well.

This review is an average of food quality, service, and accuracy Food quality — two stars What can I say? Meh. Bland and tasteless burgers on a limp bun with aging veggies and an uninteresting sauce. I wouldn’t go there again for the food Service –three stars I had a take out order so they sat me at the bar. Tim the bartender took my order. He’s a political science /history aficionado and we spent the 15 minutes or so I waited for the order discussing world affairs, books, and the overall political situation — highly insightful and entertaining. If I go back it’ll be for a beer and to continue the discussion Accuracy — three stars — yup — got my cheeseburger and fries order correct. Overall — two stars A note on my grading system: Rating system 1) I wouldn’t feed a dog I hated here 2) I’ll give it a miss 3) Good food — I’ll definitely go again 4) Really good — I’ll recommend to business colleagues and connoisseurs of this cuisine 5) Completely worth a trip — I’d book airplane and hotels to go there again.

A boring, unremarkable burger. If you’re gonna present my burger to me on a plastic school cafeteria tray, then at least put a piece of paper underneath it. I can still remember going to a really nice RR many years ago and eating an incredible burger. And why nickel-and-dime on the fries? Everyone is charging extra for fries nowadays. If you’re gonna call yourself«gourmet», then at least be as good as a Smashburger or Five Guys. Which this place was not. On the other hand, the beer was good and fresh. And service from my bartender was great.

I’m partial to fish and chips so I wanted to try them here. This was the first time I’ve been back to Red Robin since they renovated earlier this year. The bottomless steak fries were a little cold when I got them but the seasoning was tasty. The fish itself was cooked well but not really packed with flavor. The tartar sauce was decent. Overall, it was an okay experience. The seating was done so everyone seemed to be pushed towards the middle of the dining room under the area with pictures on the ceiling with two rows of lights going around to make it a focal point of the room.

Finally made it here to try a burger after frequenting the Red Robin Burgerworks subsidiary downtown. My server was friendly & very attentive(Thanks, Tony!). I started with a cup of the chicken tortilla soup which was delicious along with the piece of bread Tony brought with it. Not sure what kind it was but it was triangular & seasoned. I wish those were sold as an appetizer basket. I’d order it. I ordered the very berry raspberry limeade for my beverage & it was really yummy. It also came in this very cosmopolitan glass that made it almost as exciting as an alcoholic beverage. :) For my lunch, I ordered the Whiskey BBQ burger(probably missing a portion of the name) which was cheesy & barbecue… y. It comes with breaded & fried onion strips on the burger, which I usually exclude or ask for on the side, but I decided to be adventurous & took the burger exactly as it was described. I was really impressed. The onion ‘rings’ did not over power the burger which was my concern. I really didn’t even taste the fried onions. I’m not sure how I feel about the ambience of the place at this point. I’ll have to go back a couple if times before I add my thoughts about it. Overall, I had a good visit. I did spend at least five minutes in their bathroom with runny booty directly after my meal but I don’t really think their food triggered that violent episode solely. I am going to try again to make sure. Probably just my cucky(sp) system.
