Mark is a knowledgeable trainer who can help you attain your fitness goals. He makes working out fun with a varied routine combined with competent instruction. He’ll tailor the program to your specific needs. One way he has done this for me is by analyzing my body’s unique areas for improvement and designing a set of corrective exercises that I perform first, then on to the workout he has prepared for our session. This allows me to get maximum benefit from the workout. Mark is a bit of a geek, and that is to my benefit because it seems that he is always reading something about fitness or nutrition that can be applied to my fitness regimine. He’s a great trainer and I’m glad to have him helping me attain my optimal level of fitness.
