So far so good. I have used Gigantic Cleaners for the last year or so. Prices are good, I have not had any issues yet. The owner is often behind the counter, nice guy, very personable. I read the rant by the person that cannot read their coupons correctly, not sure why they are riled up at the business when they used the wrong coupon.
I have not had any bad experience nor gotten a bad vibe.

Very good, consistent and local business that I’ve been using for years. Owners are very nice and despite having an occasional part time high school counter person who doesn’t really know the business, they are pretty decent. Prices are fair and they do a good job with my comforters and special clean items. Got sick of Heritage and the other big name cleaners ripping me off.

I have been using them for years and I really have nothing bad to say about them. The owners are a hardworking, caring, and honest couple. Sure, over the MANY times I have been here, there have been a few slip ups, but overall they do quality work.
