I just started going and so far the staff has been great, the members are nice and the work outs are tough but not intimidating. It’s enough to leave me sore but not so bad that I never want to come back. The equipment is clean and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Love it! I’m glad I found it!

I am a newbie to this style of workout and the staff and trainers have been so welcoming and are always friendly. They push me to work harder at every workout and I am one that needs that kind of motivation. They do have our best interest at heart. The class is done before you know it but I still leave knowing that I got that full body workout!

FIT36 is a happy environment, which makes working out that much more fun! The staff is fantastic — offering motivation, enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and support. The classes that I have taken are a good mix of upper and lower body workouts. The clients are all fitness levels and all ages. And, everyone is nice because they choose to be there. There is no intimidation, no competition(unless you compete with yourself like I do). It’s a very comfortable environment. Get FIT36. Jill B.

My first visit at FIT36 Highlands Ranch, CO was the best group workout experience I ever had. The staff was very friendly, I was greeted promptly and got set up within five minutes with a heart rate monitor — personally the heart rate monitor is what motivated me to push myself to the max to see how I stand compared to others — I am a competitive person by nature and I wanted to be number one on the charts. The workout was amazing! There are 12 exercises you go through twice with a small break in between them — I love the short breaks because I don’t like going to the gym just to sit around. The trainers were very motivating and engaging — there were a few exercises I had no clue if I had the right form, but the trainers gave me the one on one attention I needed to do the exercise properly. Another great thing about the exercise circuit is that it’s designed to work your entire body! My whole body was burning at the end of the routine, even though I am someone who works out regularly. The gym is very modern and clean. I love the open space and all the apparatuses used for the workout circuit. I can’t wait to do a workout that involves climbing the monkey bars! The experience was great! I’ve been hooked to this gym since the first time I went! It’s the best workout I ever got in my life! I highly recommend this gym is you are looking for results!

I am already a member at Fit36 Lodo, and love it there. I was anxious to try the DTC location and do a compare and contrast in my head. The DTC location’s workout space is roomy, and the lobby and locker room space modern and clean. I was greeted with all smiles when I got there and got set up with the Polar Heart Rate monitor system. The workout was challenging, but not intimidating. For those who don’t know, Fit36 is a 36 minute High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) workout. It’s 12 stations of various strength/cardio movements with 60 seconds of high intensity push-yourself-to-the-limit«on,» and 30 seconds of rest«off.» There are two circuits and they are alternated daily, and new circuits are introduced every two weeks. You continually monitor your heart rate to keep yourself in the right zone. There are two instructors for each class, one on the mic to update you on halfway points and when to switch and to keep energy up, and another who patrols the stations to make sure that you are doing the movements correctly and will adjust you if needed. I’ve been doing the Fit36 program for over three months now, and have noticed a big change in my body composition being more muscular/leaner, and I feel so much stronger than I have ever felt my entire life. I play volleyball and the workouts have improved my stamina, quickness and overall performance. With the above I would give 4 stars, but the community is what bumps this place up to 5. Once you start coming, everyone feels like family.
