Great HOT subs and the service was friendly, helpful, and quick (but we went at 6pm not during lunch service as some of the other reviews note).
Engineers sub was great — turkey, swiss, mushrooms and all the standard accompaniments (lettuce, tomato, mayo. My husband’s pastrami sub was great too, and I don’t even care for pastrami.
Easy location with ample parking. I’ll be back.

Their sandwiches aren’t anything special, but get the job done. Watch out, they were HEAVY on the mayonnaise when I ordered sandwich. I ended up throwing out a 1⁄3 of the sub because it was soaking in mayonnaise.

Subs were good but service was the worst! It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make 2 subs when there was no one else in the place.

Hi, my name is Hanh, I am a sub-​a-​holic.
Firehouse has been open for 3 weeks… and I think I’ve been in half a dozen times. The quality in the meat is unparalleled by other sub shops. I have to say it’s similar in price to Which Wich (similar meaning expensive). And the sauces… oh yes… the wonderful sauces. Come for the subs, stay for the sauces. The subs speak for them selves, the meat is fresh, and flavorful, sliced deli-​style.
There are 2 flat screens up on sports channels all day, always nice when you’re eating lunch alone to keep up on the latest sports news. So far, I have been pretty impressed with the staff and service… they’re still «in-​training» yet they are friendly and are very accommodating.
I plan on getting my Dukedom on this place. See you soon Firehouse!
