Dunkin’ Donuts

Been here on several trips with the family. Great with our kids, and accommodating to give extra cups with kids for our kids milk. Place is always clean, and food is fresh. We will be back again.

The staff is very friendly and their menu items are always served heated. The only tater-​tots I love getting is from DD, just because they are seasoned and flavorful.

One morning I was deciding whether to stop @ DD or Starbucks to grab my coffee, & opted for DD. BIG mistake. The drive-​through line was quite long, but I figured it would move quickly like Starbucks’ line. Ten minutes pass, & I finally get up to order. I placed my order & figured the line would move quicker. Twenty-​five minutes pass, I’m not kidding, & I’m still the fourth car in line waiting for the window. At this point, I’m late to work (I left in plenty of time), so I, like three other people behind me, bailed on my coffee & booked it to the office.
I went to DD’s corporate site to submit a complaint, & Katy (the manager of this location) sends me an email apologizing for the wait. She says as a compensation she would send me a $ 5 gift card. A week passes & I still hadn’t received the card, so I sent her another email asking if she sent it. She said she had but would send another one that day. Today I get an un-​personalized card (seriously, addressed to my address but not to me) with no return address that says, «Thank you for your business. –DD». No gift card is in there. Not sure if she forgot or what… but needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. I went to school in Boston & know that DD is supposed to be QUICK. Disappointing, it’s no wonder DD didn’t survive in Colorado in the past.

We stopped one busy Saturday morning for a doughnut treat. Service was quick, restaurant is clean. Half way through my son’s chocolate pumpkin doughnut we noticed there was a long hair baked in it. Took it inside and the lady at the front says «Sorry about that, that’s inevitable. Can’t stop that from happening.»
Ga-​ross!

My wife and I come literally every day sometimes twice. We love this place and they always take great care of us.

The parking lot is obnoxious but the donuts are fabulous! I’m glad there is a DD near my house. The staff were very nice and the place was clean. Very busy store.

The coffee was so hot you can hardly drink it. The tater tots tasted like they were fried in a vat of oil that had been used to cook fish. Very nasty first thing in the morning. The egg in the number 5 meal was somewhere between powdery and slimy very weird consistency. Overall it was a pretty bad breakfast hopefully it will be better next time.

Came for a couple dozen doughnuts at 845 in the morning. Not only did they not have any of the 6 varieties I wanted, they didnt even have 2 dozen of anything. Got a rude response when I asked how long it would take for a new batch to come out.
I have pretty low standards for my doughnut buying experience. Basically, just sell me doughnuts, and if you can’t, be nice about it. Dunkin, you failed on both.

Great place to grab coffee and breakfast. They always get my drink right and the people they hire are very down to earth. I would recommend to anyone who loves coffee and doesn’t want to pay the outrageous prices of Starbucks. I wish there were more Dunkin around. I drive from Lincoln and I 25 to get my fix on the Araphoe exit. Shows how good of a job they do.

New location, but food that tastes like it was made yesterday.
Hash browns were the soggiest that I have ever tasted in ANY restaurant chain in Colorado and the sandwich was cold and stale. Pretty sure it was made 2 hours earlier.
This was my first time at this particular chain location and most likely my last, which isn’t good since this specific location has claimed the dreams of at least 4 businesses owners in the last 10 years.

I’m from New England and I love me some DD. This location, however, is the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees all act like your ruining their day when you show up and order and the service is sooo slow. Ten minutes to get an iced coffee when there are no lines is ridiculous.

Hooray for there being a DD in Greenwood Village! This is a pretty good location, right off Arapahoe and Dayton but it’s a pain in the butt to get to if you’re coming west on Arapahoe. Arapahoe is always packed, you have to do a u-​turn and all that jazz but once you’re at DD you’re golden. I’ve never had to wait here and I usually come here on my lunch hour so it’s good to know there’s one place in the area that doesn’t require a huge wait thanks to the lunch rush. Sometimes you see puppies in the parking lot because they share the space with a dog boarding place so that’s pretty fun and exciting because hi-​what is better than puppies and coffee? Other than there, it’s a pretty standard DD.

Worst customer service even for fast food. They treat you like they want all their customers to get the f’in out of their store so they can back to clowning around. The manager is rude and unprofessional he gave my coffee cup with dripping coffee all over it. He told me my straw and paper towel over there, go wipe down the cup. I will never ever come back here. Plus the store stinks of an indescribable odor.

Dunkin has the best regular cup of coffee around. The donuts aren’t too shabby either. And the prices are right.
But if you’re looking for relaxing coffee shop to stop in to read a book in the morning, this is not the spot. The music blares and the chairs are really not comfortable. They are designed for short, quick stays. This is not a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful morning. Instead, it is a place to caffeinate, sugar up, and bounce!

Coffee average and overpriced. refills too expensive. Starbucks much better for quality, cost of several cups of regular coffee, lingering and people watching. Also not happy about lack of newspapers. Seating comfortable but sparse.

Very very slow in the morning have to wait 20 mins just to get a coffee I run a tight schedule every morning and I plan to go through the drive-​through do you have an easy fast checkout process but then I end up getting stuck in the line for more than 20 minutes and End up late to work I wrote this whole review while waiting in line at Dunkin’s unbelievable doing reason why I give it three stars is because I really am a fan of their coffee it taste good

Its about time we got dunkin doughnuts back. The ⁵⁄₅ rating is for how it compares to east coast locations. This location’s quality is on par and I hope they can keep it up. If you like dunkin doughnuts then this location is top notch. If they can remain consistent hopefully they will be around for some time.

The atmosphere in this location is awesome! However, they messed up my latte and forgot to add the coffee. That left me confused. Never had this happen at any Dunkin. The staff seems friendly and maybe this was just grand opening jitters? You really have to pay attention for the store signs or you might miss it. I don’t live close by anymore but if I’m in the area again, I might drop by again.

This is a great Dunkin Donuts location. The donuts were fresh and the service was very friendly. The only problem was the parking lot, if you have a low profile car, it will scrape as you make it down the hill, and parking is tight up by the donut shop. We will take the SUV next time!

#1 spot for Coffee, muffins, donuts and breakfast sandwiches! Best Hot Chocolate too for kids & Cooladas. So excited near DTC-​work!!!
