Stage to Move

I was referred to use «Stage to Move» by our broker to stage our place before we listed our house for sale. We were in a hurry to sell as we were relocating for a job. Kara was extremely professional and polite. She had wonderful, simple and useful suggestions. Her recommendations to add things, remove things and rearrange areas were extremely useful. Everyone that visited our place after we staged the house complimented the changes and remarked on what a dramatic difference they made. (Upon Kara’s recommendation, we essentially re-​used our own things in different ways and made minimal investments in accessories). Kara’s suggestions were so useful that after we «staged» our house, our realtor recommended that we list our house $ 25,000 higher than she had originally advised. Now, to really stress how important it is to use Stage To Move. The day after we listed our home, we had 40 people show up to our broker’s open and another 40 during our first open house (4 days after it was listed). The pictures of the house after it was staged drew in so much traffic! (and this was during the cold of winter!) We received 2 offers after 2 days of listing the house and an additional 2 after the public open house! That’s what you call results! A lot of the credit goes to Kara and her suggestions. Her staging made a world of difference. She knows what she’s doing and she produces results! What more can a person who wants to sell ask for? Worth every penny, and some!

Our realtor recommended Kara Woods and Stage to Move as we were preparing to list our house for sale. We got a thorough initial consultation with excellent suggestions. After reaching agreement on a plan, Kara then arranged all aspects of the staging process – moving out clutter, rearranging furniture, and moving in various furniture pieces and accessories from a furniture rental service. This is truly a «turnkey» operation – we did not have to do much. We’ll see how the market reacts, but the place certainly looks a lot better.
