Beware of this company. They promised same day delivery for my mom’s birthday, and paid extra for Saturday delivery. They sent an email saying delivery was en route, but flowers were never delivered. They never notified of any problems and never apologized.
As an update, they finally got back to me a day later, with a delayed delivery notice (after the notice the day before said the flowers were «en route»). They apologized by email, but did not offer a refund. Instead, they suggested a later delivery date (unspecified), and credits so that I can do future business with these crooks. As I told them, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I have asked for a full, complete and immediate refund, and they have not yet responded. I called, got put on hold for a while, until a voice mailbox came on the phone, which said to leave a name and number for a return call. I left a message and they never called back. Horrible company, do not do business with these folks.
As a further update, they did eventually give me a refund, but it took a lot of repeated requests, and they kept trying to convince me to accept a partial credit of $ 15 or $ 20 (on a $ 100 order), and take credits for future purchases instead. I kept saying no, that I wanted a full refund. After a long time on the phone, and after putting me on hold a number of times, they finally agreed to give me the refund.
As a pleasant surprise, they actually delivered flowers about 3 days after the requested delivery date. (When I say «they», it was actually a local florist, and I assume they take orders, and make arrangements with local florists to make the arrangements and deliver the flowers). It was a fantastic arrangement; different from what I had ordered, but very nice. So they came through in the end.

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. I tried to order flowers for my sister-​in-​law in Piedmont, SC online. For some reason the credit card was rejected. So I called the store to place the order. The young man who took the information was of Indian decent and was extremely difficult to understand. Sorry, not being racist, just telling the truth. Finally when we got to the summary section he said there was an additional Twenty buck charge «for professional arrangement»!!! Wait a minute isn’t that what I was paying for from the original price quote??? So then I told him if that was the case I would like to cancel the order, I will order from another store. Then the man told me I had to talk to customer service to cancel an order (on which the credit card had presumably not been run yet) You people need to learn how to run a business!!! You are rude and crooked!!! Buyers BEWARE!!! By the way if I could have given NO STARS I would have.

I ordered flowers & balloons for my daughters 18^th birthday. The the total was $ 109.87 they WERE NEVER delivered nor did they call me! I left several messages. Finally today I called them & they were VERY rude never once did they apologize to me. My daughters day was back on March 28^th. However they still took $ 109.87 out of my account! They told they would only refund $ 70 of my money! DO NOT USE these people! They are crooks!
