Walmart Supercenter

Don’t know why I think the problem with the help here will ever change. Again I had to walk around and find someone to help with a purchase just to find out they don’t have keys to the locks. Then it’s wait time for them to go locate the person that assigned that area. What a stupid way to run any busines. This is why I try and never come here. I advise you to go to target. The Rasman

This store is typical WALMART –dirty. I went to purchase K-​cup coffee and the brand I wanted was out of date. I was however able to check out quickly.

This is hands down the worst Walmart I have ever been to, consistently. There are rarely more than 2 registers open during busy evenings (when I have gone) and often, the self checkout lines are even closed. On my last trip a few days ago, there were NO shopping carts inside on the housewares side and don’t get me started on the elderly lady that stands by the door doing NOTHING… I guess she is supposed to be a greeter but she doesn’t even smile, but she is always there when I go in… Doing NOTHING. Service is terrible, there are always staff standing around at the front of the store with only a couple of registers open. I used to go to this Walmart because it was convenient, right on my way home; I will NEVER go there again. When I was there last, Adrienne, the cashier couldn’t even be bothered to walk around and scan my 40# bag of dog food in the cart; without saying a word, she handed me the scanner to do it myself… Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Talk about LOUSY customer service. I can’t believe this crap hole is still operating! I have never in my life witnessed such a lousy business. Don’t bother with this place, cheap prices aren’t worth this much hassle. Thank God for the Great service at SAMs on Woodruff Rd… I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go there than this catastrophe.
