This is a very good place to eat. And it’s quite nice to have some variety here in Greenville, chain restaurant capital that it is. It’s a very clean place with a good casual atmosphere. I do recommend getting the platters over the sandwiches. For the extra buck or whatever it is, you get a lot more value. The Brussels sprout house salad is a nice change of pace.

A must try if you’re in Greenville. My boyfriend said the Cuban was definitely in his top 3 and he’s has them from all over Florida and the East Coast. Got chips and cheese to hold me over until my food came, I wouldn’t do that again, very basic. The empanadas were great, and the nachos looks awesome! I’ll definitely be back to try those.

Went by the restaurant for pick up. Cute little place, nice staff. They gave me a free drink which was nice. Ordered chicken nachos to go, delicious but not enough tortilla chips! I ran out and the dish just became chicken and peppers! Delicious but I came for nachos

Great restaurant to go! And nice services! I ordered grilled chicken, the chicken is really good but I think the rice is a little bit hard and need to cook longer.

Two thumbs up! We would come back again to order the same thing but everything else looks great too! Excellent Dominican food with friendly service. We will come back! We recommend the plantain sandwich and the Cuban sandwich!!! So tasty!

Great food with even better service. I found out about this place while strolling down the streets of ECU. I’m a student of course. I never tried it until one night I was walking by and I saw James(Owner) and he called me over to check it out. He personally gave me a run down of the whole menu and what his restaurant and himself was about. I ordered the big papa steak sandwich and that was the most delicious sandwich I have ever had. It is made with the freshest ingredients and the fresh cilantro at the end makes it even better. If you’re in town, you should always check them out. He is located on 10th street during the day near the laundromat and at night he is located at the garage near founders lane on campus. If you want to see if there is any deals, make sure to follow his Twitter! @ECUVillaVerde The food is a 5⁄5 but his service makes its a 6⁄5

5⁄5! Hands down the best Latin-American food you will get in Greenville. I’m yet to have anything from Villa Verde that isn’t amazing. Very affordable as well! Since this is a food truck, their location varies. The location mapped on Unilocal is where they are everyday at 8:30pm-3am. If you want Villa Verde before or after that, you’ll have to check their Twitter page. I highly recommend the Cuban, it’s an amazing sandwich. I haven’t had anything like it, and I’ve eaten Cuban food in Miami. I’ve also had the nachos(amazingly large serving) and the Big Papi. I recommend all three, but the Cuban is my favorite.
