Always dislike coming here. The mangers are rude as can be and always seem overwhelmed. I got my hair done in the salon once and my roots were a completely different color than the rest of my hair. It looked awful. When I came back to have her fix it she made me pay full price again and didn’t see what the problem was. The last time I went I had foundation sampled on me by someone in the Bare Minerals department. They were very sweet and talked to me about what each foundation could do. It looked great in store but once I got outside it was way off. It wasn’t a big deal so I brought it back inside to return and they were a little busy (about five people waiting in line). Apparently the only girl that was checking out was having a problem with a check and she called a manager up to help. Not only was she rude to the girl but when she checked me out she never once looked up from the register. She asked me multiple times why I was returning it and acted extremely irritated at the whole situation.
I will be going to Sephora or ordering online from now on.

Waited a while for them to stock the one color I needed for my wedding, didn’t have it for over ten days and didn’t restock their supply even though they had a new shipment and told me to come in two days after. Poor service and the store gets progressively more filthy every time I walk in.

Great variety of hair and beauty products. Only downfall at times is the cost. Make sure you sign up for the Ulta Rewards card in-​store. It is free and you gain «points» for your purchases. You can cash-​in these points on future purchases.

Awesome store! This Ulta is very clean and well organized. They have everything you can imagine in lieu of beauty supplies.
Sometimes the service is awesome, with people coming up to help you find everything you need, and sometimes no one talks to you (which is why I only gave them 4 stars). The guy at the Lancôme counter is my favorite and will really help you out when it comes to finding the right shade of makeup, etc…

So many brands, basically every/​anything you could ever need beauty-​wise. They have a salon in the back, which I haven’t tried.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
It’s a brand new store so everything was spotless.
