This place was a total disappointment and a complete rip off. We waited over an hour, and were seated by the cold, constantly opening door, and we had our one year old. She had to sit with her jacket on the whole time. I ordered a pound of crab legs and received two clusters with about 5 claws a piece. I have eaten a lot of Crab Legs, and I know that is no where near a pound. Then the crab legs had no flavor you could tell they were just boiled in water. The other person in my party did not receive her food until about 20 minutes after we had all gotten ours. The waiter did not bring us a shucker for the oysters, he also did not bring us but one cracker for the Crab Legs. There were four of us eating Crab Legs, and we only received these tools after we had asked for them twice. The waiter them improperly divided our bill. This place has a great reputation and is doing nothing but ripping off customers.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food, and great service! If you are not at the beach, next best thing.

Frankly I was really excited about this oyster place opening up but now myself and colleagues are counting down for Bacon Brothers to open up again after renovations. The clams were over cooked and very dry. The oysters were ok but the running joke is oysters are $ 12 for a dozen but for happy hour they are $ 1 a piece. What’s the difference ?? If you have a hankering for oysters, go to the Great Bay Oyster House in Greer only 10 minutes away.

Visited here for the first time last night. Was really excited to have another oyster place in Greenville. Unfortunately, I was pretty let down by the food. To start, I ordered a dozen grilled oysters. The Jalapeño Cheddar’s looked awesome. but came out a bit dry and overcooked. The other flavor I got was Parmesan. These were really good and much better than the JC. After oysters, I decided to order a doze peel and eat shrimp with Old Bay flavor. This is where I was the most let down. The shrimp(while good size) were not seasoned at all and pretty flavorless. They also weren’t cooked that well. They came out really dry and chewy. Lastly, we ordered some fish tacos. These were OK, but the winner was the french fries. By far my favorite thing of the meal — which is sad. I did end up ordering a couple drinks — which were really well done. If I were to come back here, it would be for drink and appetizers only. Everything else is overpriced and mediocre at best.

Very, very good steamed shrimp. A good size and fresh. They have flavor options to go on them like lemon pepper and old bay! Sometimes they are reduced price on happy hour, when they have other nice discounts going on. Lots of fun hot sauces to choose from in addition to cocktail sauce. I would also recommend the seared tuna on very fresh salads. I’ve been twice since opening and enjoyed both times. I am so happy to have so many seafood options nearby, and this one is definitely better than most. They are busy, so it looks like a lot of people agree!
