I am the type of person that gets really bored running on a treadmill or doing the elliptical so I am always on the lookout for a workout that’s gonna kick my butt and prevent me from falling asleep after a long day of work. I found that at pure barre. it is a fantastic workout with a fast pace, high energy music, and a nice community of people. You use small hand weights, a small ball, and a stretchy band for your workout props. The movements are small and you do multiple reps working abs, arms, thighs, quads, butt, and hamstrings. Anyone can try it but if you are not at least a little in shape I might hold off cause it’s so intense you might barf! I am hooked. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of locker room and storage space for belongings and lack of places to change into your workout gear. Go try it out!
