The only reason this place got one star is because I could not leave the review without one. What a complete disaster, this store is completely disorganized and dirty and trashy looking. The staff is friendly however I can smile at you while I’m taking your money and still not give a crap about what my store surroundings and customers expectations are. Not sure how this is even acceptable to their management and the extended leadership of this company. May be time to look at other retailers outside of old navy now. Completely disappointed with Old Navy!!!

Store always a MESS! I feel like this store and the Spartanburg location have hit rock bottom. I love Old Navy but it is time to clean up and organize! I am not sure if they are trying to look like a bargain basement /​discount store, but it is awful.
