We had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse. Got exactly what we needed for a fraction of what other stores in the area quoted us. Luther was a pleasure to work with. We will be back when we need to buy another mattress!

The other review about the $ 200 fee… They warned you, literally read it aloud to us when we bought our bed. They have to do that because if you return a $ 4000 bed they cant resell it and they are out a lot of money. The people were extremely helpful despite the fact that we were only looking for a cheap twin bed. Gave us a great deal on a great bed! Very glad we tried this place out despite the other review.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a mattress for my elderly father. Long story short, he hated the mattress. Just to give you a heads up that they will not accept any mattress back for a refund, even though some stores will charge a fee to disinfect and restock charge. You HAVE to keep the mattress for 30 days! If you really don’t want the mattress, you can exchange for like or more expensive mattress, but here is the best part… you will also be charged an additional $ 200 for them to «destroy» the old mattress. If I could give zero stars I would have! Horrible experience!
