I have the free pick up and delivery service from Masters Mark. I’ve found that their prices are in line with other cleaners in the area or a little cheaper.
I leave a note in the bag with anything that needs special attention and have always had a great outcome. They are very friendly and easy with the billing… just have them charge my credit card once a month.

The location is convenient but they’re overpriced for the quality of the service. My items were cleaned well enough but the pressing was awful – honestly I’ve never had a dry cleaner do such a sloppy job.

I gave them two stars because they are convient, and close to my home. Overall, I do not like them. They do not do a good job cleaning clothes, and they have a HIGH turnover rate on employees. The employees are not very friendly, or helpful, or informative. The answer I get for every garment or stain question is, «they will do their best»
I would recommend going out of your way to another dry cleaners, and avoid this one.
