I was living in Greenville this summer, and a friend told me about this place. I was having an issue with a new stereo that was not properly installed. I took my car by them one day after work and Jeremy said that they couldn’t figure out the problem, so I would need to leave my car there for the day. He was very flexible in fitting me in. Dropped my car off in the morning and by 3PM it was ready. They only charged me $ 50 to fix it. The service was fantastic and they took the time to explain to me what the problem was. I would diffidently recommend this place to anyone.

This was the third car audio store I visited for a simple product. There where two simple criteria that I was looking for. What are the options and an accurate price quote. Jermey and Carlos worked together in a timely manner to give me options and a price that was exactly what I was charged. Seems simple but this is rare these days. Thanks guys!

I attempted to have the windows tinted on my car. I made an appointment and was told the work would take between 60 and 90 minutes. I let them know that I would return at my scheduled time and wait on the car. I was called later in the day and told the scheduled time would not work and I needed to reschedule for a different time. I again mentioned that I would be waiting on the car. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told the work would take double the originally quoted amount of time. They offered to give me a ride home to wait for the work to be done which I accepted. As soon as I got home I was called and told that they were to busy to complete the work today. I said if it couldn’t be done today I could not have it done because I could not leave my car over night. I was told that they would check to see if there was anything that could be done today and would call me right back. Forty minutes later I was called and told that they couldn’t do the work today and that the gentleman would come pick me up and bring me back. When I got back to the shop I had to stand around and wait before finally finding someone just to give me back my car keys. No one came out to discuss the problem with me or apologize for wasting my time. When I left I saw three employees who were to busy to complete my service standing at the end of the building smoking. I understand being busy but being unable to meet or anticipate being unable to meet scheduled appointments is a service failure on the most basic level. I am giving two stars instead of one because the gentleman who gave me a ride was very nice. Otherwise I suggest you look elsewhere for any needs for your automobile.

I went in to have my satellite radio installed. They did it neatly and quickly. I was in and out in a little more than an hour.

Let me start by saying that I have been going to Masters Stereo for years and never had any problems. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect. I’m not perfect and neither is anyone else. But when you look someone in the face and tell a bold face lie because someone in your shop screwed up… That’s unexceptable! My sub wasn’t coming on and that’s why I took it there so they could see what the problem was. I was still under warranty. As soon as I arrived they pulled it in the back. I told the receptionist that I will be at the Zobra Lounge at the corner and just give me a call when they are finished. After about an hour and a half my phone battery began to die. So I headed back to Masters. Another receptionist ask how can I be helped I told her I was waiting on my car. After about 15 minutes… The original receptionist came out of the back and said my Kenwood head unit didn’t come on and that the light was just blinking. I told her my head unit was working when I brought it here. She said it didn’t come on when they brought it in the back. Now mind you… They had it in the back for almost 2 hours now. But she’s telling me that it was out when they took it back there. No one called and said hey your unit isn’t coming on. She tried to imply that it was out when I brought it there. What kind of fool do I look like. She ask me to come to the back and check it out. As I get back there… A technician who just arrived was working on the car. He got the unit back on and replaced the non working sub in less than 20 minutes. How do I know I was just lied to? The technician who knew what he was doing told me that he was somewhere else changing out a timing belt when they ask him to come in to look at my car. Someone else screwed up and didn’t know how to get it back on and they had to call someone else to clean up the mess. So this receptionist tried to put it on me before they knew that they could fix the screw up. THAT’S DISHONESTYFORYOUR A%%…She thought I was Boo Boo the fool. So after that lying… I wouldn’t go back there if they were giving away subs! How could I trust them after that. If they screw up… They will try to put it on the customer
