Loves Nails

I would never go there again. I’ve been to the salon about six or seven times over the past eight years and am disappointed every time (I live very close). When I was pregnant, I had four pedicures from there during my last trimester. After I delivered and recuperated, I was able to discover why my toes were in so much pain… they had left HUGE portions of my nails to grow into my skin and it caused ingrown nails! It’s like they weren’t trimming the whole nail all the way across. I had two other pedicures by the owner, Christine, and they were so sloppy that I took the polish off as soon as I got home. She must’ve known they looked hideous because once she charged me $ 10 less than the posted price.
My sister in law had a manicure done there and ended up with an infection from where her cuticle was mangled in the process.
All the techs are rude and give you the feeling they are gossiping about you in Vietnamese; perhaps they’re not, but their tone and body language leads me to believe they are.
Bottom line: skip this salon!!!

AWFUL! Christine, the nail tech, was so rude and did a terrible job on my manicure-​did not use proper products, very messy, and rushed. First off, she never asked me what shape I wanted and proceeded to use a rough file to round them. Next she used my own polish but made each layer very very thick. The polish was all over my cuticles, was not painted to the corners, and there were air bubbles. When I pointed out that there were some minor errors she was so rough with my hands and started to «clean» the edges with an acetone brush but swept some of the polish off so it creased. She said «ok now you can dry» but I said «oh wait can you fix a couple things?» and said replied «Like what???» Which i was shocked by because it was so obvious that there were smears and it just looked so messy since she was rushing and I was not a regular customer. She then said «What you want now? and i replied «I’m sorry, but there are some edges and huge spots where you went over my cuticle and its very noticeable… I’m not very happy» And she said «I don’t think you want your nails done today» And proceeded to remove my polish and send me out the door. I know she’s been doing this for a while now but this was honestly a terrible job and it was so rude of her to not just fix it and make me leave. Unacceptable and not even clean, and she didn’t even use proper products for the manicure. Do not recommend you spend your money here.
