I cannot believe these one and two star reviews. First off… let me tell you one thing. Don’t walk into a sub shop 30 minutes before they close and expect to get royal service. These workers stand on their feet all day and want to clock out on time. Just like the clowns posting the bad reviews. They have things that need to be done before they leave, in case you’re brain dead and/or have never worked in food service. Don’t insult these people by walking in 30 minutes or less unless you’re famished… and in the good old US of A, I’m sure you’re not. Now… my. husband and I are regulars here… as in bi-weekly– because of work downtown. We have awesome sandwiches CONSISTENTLY. If you want your sub a certain way or don’t like something… speak up. The employees are great, have personality,(Thank God), and will fix anything that’s wrong. We know them all by first name. If you’re not a douche and you want a good sandwich… go there. If you are… do everybody a favor and go bi### somewhere else. I’ll get my sandwich quicker anyway.

Got there at 6:25 on a Sunday. I wanted to get two sandwiches to go. Now just to let you know I am a huge Jersey Mike fan. This location however has issues. They ended up running out of white bread by the time I got there. I ordered a large veggie sub which ended up being on 3 mini breads. Then I ordered regular meatball. Now problem right? They ended up telling the people behind me they had only wheat for their steak and cheese. The whole place looked as if they were closed up and ready to go home. I asked one of the two employees there how long the bread will be. They said 35 minutes but we close in twenty. That means I was in line for almost 15 minutes with noone in front of me. They kept walking away from my sandwich going to the back at least five times. Leaving me standing by myself seeming like forever. I could understand frustration if I came in at ten minutes till and wanted to sit down there in the establishment and eat. But I just wanted two sandwiches to go with 35 minutes till close. Bam Bam how difficult right? Total price for two subs 26.00. If you want to charge almost 30 dollars for two sandwiches you gotta do better than this. Next time I go to Jersey Mikes it won’t be at this location.

Dropped in Friday night before going to Comedy Zone and was greeted with a cold greeting. The young man had an attitude like ’ I don’t want to be here and wished you hadn’t walked in’. He just stood there while I ordered. After about 15 minutes he brought it out, didn’t offer to put any lettuce, tomatoes, etc just wrapped it up. I ordered the chips & drinks and he never offered the cups. All this for $ 10.00… Sorry Jersey Mikes, this was my first trip here and will definitely be my last as there are too many other sub shops in the area. Too much bread and typical not enough meat for the price…

This is one inefficient Jersey Mike’s within the chain. I normally love grabbing a JM sub. Went there a few weeks ago, two hours before closing, and the entire place was nearly packed up. The floors were wet from being mopped, all the food was already sealed up, and the staff literally told me what I could order based on what was still out. I’m not a big fan of eating«leftovers» from a restaurant, so I left. Also, there are no dedicated parking spaces in the area for this Jersey Mikes. You either hunt for a meter or get stuck paying to park in a garage about a block away. Would not recommend.

So much better than Subway. The sandwiches are bigger, and they are made with freshly sliced meat. And as my hub said, the bread tastes more«authentic, like up north». And I like that any sandwich on the menu can also be made as a salad. They were handing out 50% off coupons and free cookies one night downtown, and that made it even better.

Been here many times over the years and it was good. But today, I ordered a hot sandwich and gave my name. Then I waited and waited. After 20 minutes, I asked when my order was going to be ready. They said they couldn’t find me(I was sitting at a table 10 feet away), and didn’t bother to call my name, which they asked for and I provided when I ordered. Then they said that«someone had opened the sandwich» and asked if I wanted to wait yet again, for a new sandwich. I did wait, and yes, it tasted really good. But this is a lot to go through for 30 minutes just to get a sandwich! My advice? Don’t order a hot sandwich unless you have a lot of time on your hands!

It’s not a backhanded compliment to say it’s better than Subway. Freshly sliced meats and cheeses which you’d expect in a real deli. Reasonably priced. The main complaint is lack of strong flavor with the sandwiches. Gotta load em up with the fixins. They’ve added some sweet red pepper relish to their options so that is a step in the right direction.

Best chain sandwich shop I’ve been to. DEFINITELY beats Subway(and didn’t displace a local coffeeshop, unlike its competitor close by on Main) It’s basically a deli. Seeing the meat and cheese sliced in front of you definitely makes you trust the quality of the sandwich almost immediately in a way you don’t when you see the cuts peeled off wax paper. The sandwiches themselves are huge, if you buy a whole sandwich instead of a half, so this is a perfectly fine place to pick up a quick dinner if you’re on the run.

Yum… I love a turkey sandwich. With good bread, and fresh cut meat, cut when I order it, not last night or four hours ago… They did it right, it was so good, I want one now. I think I will walk over there and have a Valentine Day sandwich… :)
