I cannot say enough about Hales. I recently purchased my Fiancé’s engagement ring from here and am thankful I found this establishment. Not only do they have an excellent selection of amazing rings but their customer service is top notch. I worked with Shannon who made my experience delightful. Not being in the diamond business myself, I was nervous about the whole process but with Shannon and her teams help it went smooth as could be. There was no «selling» involved and she simply led us through the whole process. I was in a time crunch and they met my deadline without any issues. Whether you are looking for an engagement ring or other fine jewelry, Hales is the best place. I can say this because I’m pretty sure I visited every store in town :) Much thanks to Shannon and Hales. They made me a customer for life!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Hale’s, and we are both incredibly glad that he did. He worked with Russ, who has been in the diamond business for 20+ years. Russ was so kind, considerate and accommodating. He worked with my fiancé to have my dream ring hand-​crafted in New York with an almost laughably short timeline (only three weeks.) Because we live in Atlanta, my fiancé entrusted Russ with selecting the diamond based on criteria he set. According to my guy, when Russ and the other staff members took out the box my ring was in, they were all engrossed and almost reverent; it was obvious to him that they were truly in awe of a great piece of jewelry, that they hadn’t lost the sense of astonishment needed to be genuine jewelers. I’m going off of what I’m told, but I’m told the price was a great value.
You know what? I’ll divulge this secret now. A year before we got engaged, I was in Hale’s walking around. I talked to Russ and saw something that I loved for an engagement ring; we talked at length about this and that, and he insisted that I make a wish list, «just in case.» I did, and put that ring on it. SO when my then-​boyfriend asked what to do about a ring, she remembered this and sent him to Hale’s. Russ looked me up and saw the ring I had loved, which had been sold. He remembered me well enough to NAIL my dream ring. He cares that much about his job and his customers. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I’ve been engaged for four months and am in awe of this ring every day :-D
