I took a vacuum in to this place and thought I was going to have to throw it away, but Mike took it in, charged me a diagnostic fee, which I felt was fair and then called me 2 hrs later with the vacuum repaired. He said he wasn’t sure if he could fix it, but when I got to the store he told me exactly what he did and what to look for in the future when it breaks for good and also what to look out for while I’m vacuuming. I felt like he was fair and honest with our repair. I will purchase a new vacuum from him once this one breaks for good.
