I had a great experience upon my first visit to their store. Jamie was very helpful and worked diligently to help me find the light fixture I was looking for. Jamie price matched the lowest online price for an exhaust fan going in our bathroom, I never even asked him to price match it. He just did it. I plan on coming here in the future and recommending it to anyone looking for a local business offering lighting pictures.

If a customer inquires via phone about the chandelier options available at a certain store, I would think a sales associate would be eager to help with the most «can do» attitude possible. I haven’t actually BEEN to Gallery of Lighting but think I’ll search elsewhere for my lighting needs. The ugly woman on the phone just guaranteed she won’t be seeing any commission from me… at least not today!
