Well… I was excited about getting my tooth pulled, not to mention it was my wisdom tooth! I made my appt on Saturday for Monday @3 pm. On the phone I told the lady that I was 15weeks pregnant .She said sure we can take you and we also accept your insurance. Monday comes I got there abt 2 early enough to fill out paper work. (NOT TO MENTION I CAME FROM GREER TO GREENVILLE) so after I filled about all the paper work, the girl at the front desk says «I’m sorry but you will need a clearance from your doctor» Now by that time I’ve been there for over an hour! I said why didn’t the person who made the appt on Saturday tell me I needed that form? All they did was look at me stupid. BOTTOM LINE THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL& THE WORKERS HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS… they was too busy on their phone texting to call the doctor office to get the form faxed over! ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
