Carmike 12

This is a good theater. I went here often when I was in college down at ECU; it serves its purpose that’s for sure. The screening rooms are small and compact, which depending on your preference, can be a good or bad thing. The refreshments are good, and regularly priced like every other Carmike. The only thing is the theater is out there on Fire Tower which is like going away from Greenville, and toward Vanceboro so it’s not exactly up the street. The other theater in Greenville is closer to the shopping plazas and malls so more people tend to go to that one as oppose to this Carmike. For that reason, this theater isn’t nearly as packed as it used to be so it’s good if you want to see a movie in a less crowded environment.

Advertises with Fandango but they have no kiosk. Had to stand in line to have the front attendant print my Fandango tickets. $ 2.50 «convenience fee» wasted — what’s the point?

Best one in Greenville. Staff is great and popcorn bucket a plus. Manager is a great guy. Only one I go to in Greenville.

How can you not give a $ 5.50 cent theater a 4 star. And do not look for stadium seating. Clean with a good sound system. It is nothing like the dine in theater I am so used to. Seating is from back in the day when they weren’t that comfortable.
The concession stand is crazy expensive. 5.00 for a 20 ounce bottle of water and it was not Deer Park. $ 18 dollars for large pop corn and soda. Not much to choose from. You will not find chicken fingers or pizza in there. Definitely I am in the south.
Came to see «The Conjuring.» Pretty entertaining movie if you like the paranormal stuff. Funny to me since I do not believe in such things.
But if you looking for a theater near Plymouth NC. This is the best it gets for a 40 min drive. It is Kid friendly. However make sure they ate before you take them or you will wish you did.

Great theater. Good sound. Close seating — screens are amazing for the size. Digital projection. Cheaper than the other greenville option and often times emptier.

Location is great. Staff is helpful and popcorn is always fresh.
