We have used this lab once before without any issue. It was fast and easy but I had an appointment. Earlier this week I attempted to call several times during business hours and got a recorded message. I finally left a message letting them know we would be in at 9am today, left a phone number so they could contact me if there was any problem with the time. Got here and apparently they don’t check voice mails. They seem to prioritize the customers that come in for the weight loss injections and products also. The staff is VERY friendly but they seem somewhat overwhelmed. There are only two employees. The phone is constantly ringing and no one can answer it. It rings 8 times before the answering machine picks up. Know how I know this? Bc I have been sitting here for 45 minutes and have listened to about 50 calls come through and go unanswered. It seems to take them about a 25 min per blood draw patient. We may go back to LabCorp next month.

In the past when I have needed blood work this has been fine Today– I attempted to walk In at 12:56 – the door was locked, the one employee was sitting on the couch and told me to come back in five minutes I understand the«lunch break» but don’t «hide» in plain site . It was a little better when I was met at the counter but customer service could use still use some improvement
