I walked in here in hopes of finding some new gauged earrings and ended up leaving disappointed. I browsed the several cases they had and could not find the size I needed. I looked around for an employee to assist me and could not find a single one.
This is the first Spencers I have ever gone to where I was ignored as a customer. I can almost guarantee that I will not shop at this particular store again. I’m not writing off Spencers as a whole, just this store.
