Waited 3 ½hrs, would not do culture test on my daughter because they did not know how much to charge.
Had to go back because prescribed meds did nothing to help days later.
Second doctor was more helpful and more professional .
Place seems under staffed and workers become «overwhelmed» .
I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The reception staff here is wonderful. The office was not busy, but I can imagine that they are just as polite and inviting even if it was. The nurse, Alysia (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was completely amazing. I visited this Med Express due to a severe eye irritation. She performed an eye exam with special drops and and sent me back with drops before I left the office. I felt as if I was visiting my own PCP.
