Kreinbrook Psychological Services

I have been going to Kreinbrook Psychological Services for the past five years and I have to say that things truly do not improve. I only go for my monthly check up for my medications and even doing that has been a real chore. I never leave on time to get to my appointment because I know I will be waiting to be seen for at least 30 mins… but it is more likely it will be 2 hours. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait that long? I used to schedule my appointment before work, I’d give myself a three hour window and it still wasn’t enough time to make it to my job because my appointments were NEVER on time. I have never had even one appointment where I have been seen when I was scheduled.
The staff is very rude. I have had it where the doctor wrote my script incorrectly and I could not get my medication filled. I tried to talk to the staff about arranging to have the correct script written and they expected me to pay co-​pay again for something that was not even my mistake but the doctor’s. I asked to talk to my doctor but all they would say is that she was with another patient and I can leave a voicemail. It took over a week to resolve this issue and I ran out of my medication and went into withdrawal symptoms and got sick.
The staff is uncaring, unprofessional and rude.
If I could find another place that accepted my insurance that was near by I would quit going here immediately.

I am so glad I am not contemplating suicide right now. Because I have tried to call there for the past hour now to check on a possible appointment. And as usual the automated system picks up. They need to seriously do a reality check because they are not so busy as to not be able to answer the phones. A person could be having a serious crisis and is reaching out for help but instead of talking to a human they get automation. Pathetic… I am seriously going to look for a doctor some where else. I’m tired of this crap!!!
