Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We bought a bike, took it out for the first time and the chain kept slipping, the gears wouldn’t stay in place. Took the bike back and within the first five minutes ended up in a screaming match because the guy said no returns even though there is no store policy posted anywhere. Then he told us he just didn’t want to do it! It turned out he didn’t know how to do a return and had to call the bike manufacturer. We had to leave the bike while he made his calls; we had to call our credit card company to file a dispute; in the end and after having to go there twice and make three phone calls, the owner reluctantly gave us a refund. He was extremely rude the entire time and we will never go back and will not recommend this store to anyone.

I went there for the first time to get a tire changed. They were polite and reasonably priced. Changed the tire up while I waited. Good people.

This is a great little shop for accessories and repairs. They’ve got tubes, tires, racks, and all of those little things you need regularly. They also sell some bikes, but the selection is limited. If you’re looking for something nice that fits you well, I’d definitely check them out. They’re set up well for repairs and overhauls and can order pretty much any part or accessory you need. Bonus: they’re super nice guys.
