I had an issue with a cut I got done there… people make mistakes. I went back and asked for them to correct it and it was taken care of immediately. Can’t ask for much more. Nobody’s perfect, but all that matters is they made it right.

I’d review my haircut, but after checking in online for a 16 minute wait, I’m still sitting here waiting nearly an hour later. Good thing we don’t count on it appointments to actually mean anything. Sad how the actual product will be tainted by the bait and switch of a prolonged wait.

I went here because I read these reviews and thought «how bad can it be.» and for the price, where could I go wrong. HAHA… oh boy.
The lady cut my hair so that the crown of my head was higher than the front. I looked like a razorback gorilla. I won’t be going back.

I have had my hair cut here for three years. They are always friendly and know what I like (they do store it in the computer but hey it’s cool)
The price is good and the location is always clean. I have never had a problem here. Once I had a coupon for sports cuts and it was a disaster. Even if I had a coupon for a free hair cut some where else I would not leave great clips.
One good tip is online sign in. I use my iphone and sign into the waiting line. It tells me the wait time and I show up then. This is a HUGE plus.
