Today’s service and food was perfect. This location seemed to be a step above the other locations I have frequented.

I have never been to this Ruby Tuesday, but when here today after church with some of my church members. The place was nice; we were greeted by the hostess who gave us a 15 minute wait to be seated which wasn’t bad. Once were were seated, a nice waitress named Amber took out drink order. That took a little long, but she really looked like she was putting in the effort so I didn’t give her a hard time about it(bless her heart). We were suppose to have biscuits come out to us on a constant basis, but only got two plates and by then we were ready for some REAL food. I got the full rack baby back ribs with classic barbecue causes and a loaded baked potato as well as a Caesar salad for my sides. The Caesar salad was relatively dry so I had to ask for my dressing and it was okay, but I probably should have went with green beans or broccoli instead. I wish they had more sides to choose from as it seemed like they were limited in their selection. The ribs were good, tender, and fell off the bone. The sauce was really good and had a sweet and tangy flavor to it which I liked a lot. The potato was good as well and consisted of cheese, sour cream, bacons bits and chives. It was all very filling as I finished the whole thing and didn’t want anything else! I did get strawberry lemonade to drink and Amber constantly made sure I had another one the entire time which was really nice! One thing Amber did which was great was that when I went to use a coupon to get 50% for my meal, she pulled one up on her phone so that we could use it for our table so one of my church members could get half off her meal too! She did it without her boss knowing which was really really REALLY cool! As a table, we definitely hooked up with the tip as she earned it for sure. She wasn’t the swiftest waitress but to do something like that is virtually unheard of! She made sure we all had to go cups to take home so we made sure she got her cash tip! I would come back here to eat as the food isn’t terrible but doesn’t «Wow» you either. I would DEFINITELY come back if Amber is going to be my waitress again!

Started my lunch with raspberry ice tea and salad bar. Very neat and clean. There were different varieties of salad including my favorite cranberry&apple fruit salad. Employee were nice as they would bring you refills for drinks and keep asking you frequently about the meal. I ordered Big Dipper sampler which was just great. Everyone must try thai spring roll.

I LOSTMYAPPETITE from the poor service and dirty restroom! The menu offered«Dasani Bottled water» but the server said«that’s wrong we don’t have bottled water» The server mentioned specials for $ 5 Margaritas, so I asked if they do frozen or blended margarita or daiquiris and she says«no I wouldn’t recommend it»(with a look of disgust on her face Then I asked if they had Mango flavored margarita and she says«You won’t like our syrup so I wouldn’t get it if I were you and I’m not trying to be rude but you won’t like it» So I decided to just get the raspberry iced tea as my husband and brother in law order regular iced tea, but she returned with their ice tea’s and tell me she is waiting for my drink from the bar (You would think she would’ve waited to bring the beverages at the same time to serve the lady at the table first?) As I continued to observe her with other tables, I noticed her other guests looked disappointed too Only the African male server in the blue shirt that was serving other tables near by was friendly and courteous and even though he wasn’t serving us, he got us a to go bag and Thanked us for coming and wished us a pleasant evening!!! Our waitress that was at the door saw us leaving and didn’t say anything then proceeded to walk past us with no thanks or smile. Very sad. The food wasn’t that great either and we normally go to Ruby Tuesdays and order our usual but this time the food didn’t taste consistent as other locations. Very disappointing. We won’t ever return to this location. Especially since the bathroom was not clean.

This location is very convenient for meeting people for lunch. Today they were not very busy at all. I enjoy the opportunity to have the soup and salad bar. They have several soup selections and today I choose the Chicken Noodle and it was quite good with lots of chicken. And I really enjoy the salad bar. It was well stocked, partially because of the small crowded, but I also noticed that someone came out to check on it several times while I was there. This is my go to place when I am in the mood for this type of lunch and that will be more often now that I am working to drop some more weight. Written on 1÷5÷16

Updating /upgrading my review today for some good experience. I had a sirloin steak with onion rings and a salad bar salad. Requested«medium» for my steak and guess what? It was very accurately medium. Not medium rare, or medium well, or well done but medium. It is not special in Japan, but here, most often it becomes well done or medium well when you ask for medium. The onion rings were very crisp and crunchy, and I love their salad bar. All good today! Now I can go back to work! ;)

Fully recognizing that Ruby Tuesday is a chain restaurant, I found the salad bar and meal an excellent value. Had the chicken fresco and it was excellent. Cost about $ 14. My friend’s sirloin was just OK per him. Service at bar was good. Giving it 4 stars because of value.

I was in Greensboro for business travel and this was one of the restaurants right by my hotel. I have never been to a Ruby Tuesday as I do not think there are any in the West Coast. But, the place and the food reminded me of TGIF(I think this might be the equivalent of TGIF). We walked in there about 6:30PM on Thursday and even though it was dinner time, we got seated right away. The service was excellent as our waiter came within minutes to take our drink order. I went with the shrimp skewers with mashed potatoes. The food came out at a reasonable time. I think the food was average, my shrimp tasted OK but the mashed potatoes was a little too creamy and bland. I also saw that there was a salad bar, but I did not get to try it as I decided to have mashed potato as my side. I also tried the tiramisu, which was pretty good. If I stay at the same hotel again, I think I will come here again. Even though the food was average, it was still edible and close to my hotel.

This one is nicer than the one at Hanes Mall. I had the ribs and they were very good.

So I ended up at Ruby Tuesday’s because it was the only place still open at 9 on a Sunday in this town, plus my hotel was across the street. After being let down by some BBQ in Bishopville, SC, I thought what’ve I got to lose. Ordered the ribs and shrimp with broccoli and zucchini. The shrimp was fried nicely and were pretty crispy, but they were so tiny when I bit one in half it was almost hollow. The ribs weren’t the worst ever; they were tender and moist, but there wasn’t much flavor other than the BBQ sauce and absolutely no smokiness.(I’m big on the smokiness thing.) The only thing they got right was the broccoli because the zucchini was overcooked.

I do like a nice salad bar, with fresh looking and tasting choices available, and with a nice variety of items — the one here fits the bill. When we walked in there for lunch today, there was no one in the front of the restaurant, customers or staff. After giving my best Seinfeld impression of «The Voice» — Hello! Hello!, an employee came out, and we were seated. The Hostess wandered in about 15 minutes later, guess she thought it was Monday. The Salad Bar was fully loaded and ready. There was a nice variety of greens — lettuce, mixed, and baby spinach. In addition, to the normal veggies, there was chopped ham, chopped egg, fresh bacon bits, pasta salad, and potato salad. The salads dressings, there were 5 or 6, all looked nice, and The Blue Cheese and Ranch were very good, fresh tasting. Bread was available with the trip to the salad bar, but we passed — «being good» is what Alice terms that. The trip to the bar, as often as you wish, will run you $ 7.99. The service was nice and friendly, and the only down side was the same hostess who was late, also insisted on placing every in the same small, central area — with the entire restaurant open. Never have understood that mentality.

I spend a lot of time in one of the hotels right next to this Ruby Tuesdays. It’s fairly predictable for a reasonable price. Wait staff is hit or miss.

We’ve been going to this one for years and truthfully, I’ve been disappointed the last several times we’ve been. The service was slow, my chicken was cold and our waiter was missing for quite a while. On a brighter note, the salad bar remains great!

Yesterday was my first visit to this restaurant location. I typically don’t frequent Ruby Tuesdays in general, but I was on my way back to Greensboro from a grueling morning in Lexington, and decided if I had to stop for fast food somewhere, the day would officially be totally horrible. So, this was the first place along the highway that appealed to me, and I pulled in. The location is odd… it’s the only restaurant surrounded by a sea of hotels/motels, and you have to navigate through this sea to get to the restaurant itself. I did get a front row parking space, which was the only good thing that had happened to me that day thus far. I stood ignored and unattended at the hostess stand for an unreasonable length of time, but when someone finally noticed me, I was seated immediately. In a tiny little booth that required me to toss my purse on the floor, but once the bag was at home on the carpet, the seating was adequate. My server was attentive, and she brought me the glass of wine I really wanted/needed, but I suspect it was not the wine I ordered. I am not basing my 3-star rating on this assumption, though, because I was too tired to make a fuss and perhaps it just tasted a little off and was indeed the correct wine. My 3-star rating isn’t even really a dismissal of the food. I had the shrimp and grits, and the dish was flavorful, but really heavy and salty. Maybe that’s to be expected from shrimp and grits. I got full half way through and had to give up. I didn’t partake of the much touted salad bar because I don’t like buffet-type service, and darn it, I had been on my feet most of the morning, and I wanted my food to come to me, not me to it. I guess the combination of wonky location, the inattention at the hostess stand, the fact that a salad bar appears to be the most exciting thing they have to crow about, and the fairly expensive entrees at lunch time just led to a combined rating of A-Ok. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again, but I wouldn’t pitch a hissy fit if I had to return.

On a recent trip to NC, I was staying in an area with a million hotels and only one restaurant within walking distance since I didn’t have a car. So I walked over to the Ruby Tuesday with less than amazing expectations due to past experiences at other locations. I entered the restaurant and headed to the bar since I wanted to watch my beloved St. Louis Cardinals beating up on the Brewers… The Cards won btw! I was Wowed by the staff at this location, the bartender, I think his name was Michael was the best! He was knowledgeable about the food preparation(the chicken strips app is delicious) and made some mean mixed drinks. He had a very happy and fun personality that made you feel welcome too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or night at this Ruby Tuesdays! I hope to visit this location again soon!

Had our mom’s birthday dinner here because they had a consistently good salad bar from our memory! It did not fail! We made reservations during a peak time, and got right in! No wait at all! Our waitress came very promptly as well! All of us got the salad bar. Their salad bar is still one of the best, freshest and varied salad bars that I’ve ever seen! The choices they offer are healthy and maintain their taste very well! Our waitress brought my mom not one, but two red velvet cupcakes to celebrate her birthday! The waitress was very pleasant and being that we had a 15 month old with us who is crazy about feeding herself with disastrous results, she said she would be happy to clean up after us! That is helpful for an overwhelmed, pregnant mommy! No reason for a low rating! Thanks, RuTue!

Fast service, clean salad bar. Only complaint was the handles on the salad dressing ladels weren’t labeled so that made choosing a bit interesting.

Service was very good, and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. The food is not bad for a chain place, but was also not stellar. A little too much seasoning and a little too much oil, but honestly not bad. We went because we were able to use a coupon, and the waitress very accommodating when we had questions as to what applied and didn’t. Why 3 stars? Well, it just isn’t that special. It isn’t that different. It is a chain, and that is what you get.
