McDonald’s

Many know McDonald’s as the master of fast food and cheap meals but this location disgraces the logo. One of my visits there I ordered my classic 10 piece McNuggets and a large fry with a dr. Pepper. After repeating my order to the incompetent worker at the drive through I proceeded to the window. I waited for 5 minutes before they took my money and then I got the wrong change. I then went to the next window to get my food and was emotionally assaulted by what the worker did. I looked at her in the eye and she… did not smile. The happy food brand that gives us food at a modest price and a smile to make my day completely ruined my experience there. The food was good though.

This McDonald’s location is horrible. This morning I waited in the drive-​through line for 15 minutes. Went up to the order screen said hello four times and still no one was taking my order. I watched six cars pull up while I had been waiting and they have already been through the line. McDonald’s is very inconsistent in the mornings. I would not waste my time visiting this McDonald’s anymore. It seems like each time I go there is always something wrong.

I grew up on McDonald’s food, and still have a craving now and then. I’ve stopped in here a few times since they opened this location a couple of years ago, and it started out very well. However the last few times have been simply bad experiences, far less quality, and the time through the drive thru has become longer and longer.
The visit for lunch today was a total failure. When we reached the «Pay Here Window», no one was there. After 3 or 4 minutes, a person who seemed to be having a bad day finally appeared. After I paid, there was «no thank you», «bite my shorts», nothing! Underpaid, I guess.
No one was at the «Pick Up Here Window» when we arrived. After several more minutes, a young & confused man appeared, opened the window, and ask me what my order was! Seriously, dude?
After finally being handed our food (10+ minutes in the scenic drive thru line), we drive the couple of blocks home. Burgers are cold; buns are stale; the Big Mack has collapsed to one side, spreading Special Sauce everywhere; there are no napkins or ketchup; and the FFs are cold and totally unsalted.
Somehow, I’m Not Loving This!!!

This was my first visit to this McDonald’s that opened in 2013 or 2014. I ordered their new Chicken Selects three piece entrée. It was about $ 3. As you’ll see in the pictures, the strips look nothing like the large, plump, juicy tenders you see on television. They were rather wimpy, and I’ll never get them again. I’ll stick with their «chicken» nuggets for a third of the price.
Having said that, it’s a great, new place, fairly clean, with the two car drive through ordering system. Despite myself being one of two cars in line, I waited 13 minutes for my chicken, and they still got the sauce wrong. The car ahead of me just ordered a beverage, and since it was 4:00, it wasn’t prime busy time. After going in to exchange sauce, they gave me barbeque again, instead of the requested sweet and sour. So, finally, I get back to the car to eat the chicken, which came out cold, without napkins, to find the pitiful selects inside.
Lesson: check your sauce, ask for napkins, and go inside when you’re the second car in line, and the person ahead of you orders a beverage.
