Not a fan of this store — they always seem to be out of the things you come in for, never can get help or find anyone knowledgeable. Checkout and customer service can be very slow moving and rude at times. I’ll go here first since it is only a few miles away, but always end up going to the Battleground or Cone stores or even the Burlington store. Continually disappointing.

Lowes was great when my bf and I were moving one weekend. Everything was going wrong, we were dealing with other businesses that were proving to be awful, and Lowe’s was there for us, helpful and friendly and giving us a big break on reality. Who knew! :) Thanks to the customer service ladies for helping us rent a truck worry free and with a smile,

I have been updating my house and this is the closest Lowes to where I live. They have everything I need and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they are a «big box» store, they are local to North Carolina and employ many of my friends in the Mooresville area. No chance at my dollars Home Depot…

This Lowe’s store is one that I typically stop at after coming back from Burlington or Mebane.
We stopped at this location on 4÷7÷2012 and spoke with Ernie about our flooring needs in our home and he went above and beyond what the typical person would.
I left feeling educated and assured that he and the team knew what they were doing and that they would try and save us the most money possible.
I will totally be back to this store and by all means people, if you have flooring needs, talk to Ernie!
