I love these guys. I’ve never been truly comfortable in a salon until I met Stephen. He is truly a magician when it comes to color. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I stumbled upon Cut Up –N– Dye Studio when I was looking for someone to dye my friend’s hair blue. Stephen did an amazing job of coloring and cutting her hair.
I’m very picky about who does my hair. Having a multiracial hair type, I find myself frequently discouraged at most salons. (No, you cannot straighten my hair before you cut it. No, it isn’t a special treat to have it straightened. I like my natural curly hair.)
With Stephen my hair is in the hands of a hair god. I’ve gone to him twice now and each time he’s helped me discover a new way of styling my hair, working with the natural textures of it. Stephen is the type of stylist that spends time thinking about your hair and how to bring the best of out it.
Sure, it costs more than Great Clips, but my point of view on that is that you get what you pay for.
