I should have known this place was bad when they are out of Bud light on a Tuesday night. The queso appetizer was warn and creamy, the chips were to salty to eat. The corn on the cob tasted as if it had been cooked for three days. The chicken tenders were more like chicken jerky. My husband ordered the«new’ berry cobbler dessert and we waited 20 minutes for it to cook. When it was delivered it was store bought pound cake on top of blueberries with cinnamon on top. Total ripoff, just admit your out of the dessert too!

My wife and I went to this location for dinner an we we told 25 – 30 minutes which for a Saturday night at 7PM is is not that far off. While standing and waiting we observed several unseated tables and the lack of clearing tables. This in my honest opinion in direct reflection of poor management. Also the hostess lead party between a table and the bar instead around th e outside perimeter which is stupid. I also observed an unattended bar which is not only poor customer service a security risk. The manager on duty came by and we expressed our concerns and she seemed to shifting the blame toward her kitchen. The effective range of an excuse is zero meters. Once we were seated the food and server were good the overall expirience was unsatisfactory. The manager on duty did attempt to apologize by comping my dessert. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Just plain pathetic.

I have been to many restaurants in my day maybe eating out 3 times a week and I can honestly say chilies is the best place to eat in the new garden area. The servers are friendly and on task. The food is spectacularly flushed with Tex-mex flavored and fresh accents. Everything there is clean and well put together and they offer many deals that will save you money and still deliver the beautiful cuisine that is offered at chiles.

Normally like eating here but today must have been a rough one for them as we had a terrible experience. Arrived at 11:22am and still had not even received our salads at 12:00pm so we left. The wait staff seemed really busy but there were only about 10 customers in the whole place. The food actually came out as we were leaving and looked pale and old like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Not sure what happened but we likely won’t be back for a while to give them another chance.

So I have to update my review to say that Bunker Hill from Chilis called me the next day and was very pleasant to speak with. He told me how things should work and in return I told him how off the mark things have been there. He was more than cool to deal with listened to all I had to say and I feel he means to change the situation there! Let’s hope things get better!

Service here has a couple shining stars hidden behind a majority of storm clouds. I feel bad for the few that actually care. We came to chilis because of the new fare on the menu. It is pretty good if you get it in house. Don’t order the take out it is night and day. It’s somewhat of a lose lose situation. Eat in get great food and poor service. Eat out get poor food and it’ll be late as well. Franchises like this will be out of business if they don’t start standardizing their work instruction and putting out quality products on a regular basis.

The Tacos were good, the burgers were great and the server was outstanding. Plus the Presidente Margarita was very good. Plus there is a machine that allows you to pay at the table and prints a receipt that is very convenient. We will be back.

We have been waiting over 45 mins for our food. There is no crowd. We order a 2 for $ 20.00 combo. The appetizer was onion rings. 35 mins and they finally arrived. Still waiting on chicken fajitas and a quesadilla. Absolutely pitiful!!! This unfortunately is my second time here and needless to say nothing has changed from the last time. Won’t be getting anymore of my money.

So the last time we visited this place was about six months ago. The food was okay, the service sucked. The waiter was more interested in flirting with two ladies at another table than taking care of us. We decided to try again tonight. Not again. We were seated pretty quick considering the restaurant was about half empty. We waited several minutes for out waiter to take our drink order and several more minutes for our tea to arrive. It took about 15 minutes to get our onion ring appetizer and it wasn’t hot. It appeared to have been sitting in the back for a few minutes. We requested tea refills and a glass of ice. We finished our appetizer and waited another 10 minutes for tea and ice. 47 minutes after we ordered we asked the manager to check on our food. The manager immediately brought out our food and apologized for the delay. The food was good. The manager discounted our meal which was appreciated but not requested. The manager was very nice and offered no excuses for the poor service.

The server was very nice. However, the food was mediocre. We ordered shrimp & chicken tacos, and sampler appetizers. Both were lacking in flavor The restaurant needs some cleaning/renovation. There was a funky smell, like old carpet, when we walked in.

3.5 stars. Went to do the dinner for two deal. It was a good value and we didn’t have to wait long for a Friday night. The meals you can choose from with the deal aren’t anything«OMG» spectacular but they were well prepared and we got good service. The kiosk thing is fun with games and trivia. Paying in it goes smooth too which was nice not having to wait for the check and payment to go back and forth.

I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at this Chili’s! Every server I have had here is absolutely beyond amazing. They are all(including the hostesses and all staff) extremely friendly and welcoming. Even if the food weren’t as amazing as it is(which it is delicious, mind you), I would return simply for the staff members. It’s great when people in customer service roles actually enjoy what they do and it shines through. LOVETHISCHILI’S!

This is the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to! There is never a hostess to seat you(we’ve waited 10+ minutes when the place is empty!) The food always takes forever to come out and then, it’s almost always wrong! Last night we ordered two kids corn dog meals, nachos and crispy chicken tacos. The nachos were cold and chips were stale. My husband requested no lettuce or tomato on the tacos and they came out wrong. They redid them and it took forever! We were done eating before his new tacos even came out. I don’t understand how this place stays in business. Chili’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants but we won’t be back!

This used to be a favorite lunch spot but after today, I’m done. Get coupons often for a free app or desert so met a friend for lunch. Ordered the spinach /artichoke dip and it was very good but the chips and salsa were extremely salty(and I’m a saltaholic). We both ordered the lunch combo salad and fajitas with a side of black beans. The«warm» tortillas were barely so, dry and hard. We asked that our peppers and onions be cooked extra long so they would have some char on them and were not and did not. The black beans were cold so we sent them back. The stuff served with the fajitas is in a serving tower thing with tiny cups of cheese, pico and lime cilantro sour cream. The cups are maybe an ounce. Enough for one fajita but no more. We sat in the bar and the service was very slow and unattentive. The only saving grace is the kiosk on the table that allows you to pay your tab without waiting endlessly for your server to come back. I did the survey at the end so hopefully they will listen to the feedback. Too bad I won’t be back to check.

I am always satisfied when going to Chili’s. Sure some times are better than others but this particular visit was decent. We sat at the bar and ordered the 2 for $ 20. Atmosphere is great, Service is decent, and most importantly the quality and value is excellent. Everything came out hot, fresh and ready. They even tried to get me to get dessert but I couldn’t do it. I was so full!

Seriously how does this place stay in business. It is the worst managed Chill’s ever.

Greensboro’s second best place to get hamburgers(Porterhouse is first). The mushroom Swiss burger is the bomb. Great place to eat and affordable prices. Always good service as well. The restaurant is always clean and management is good.

This Chili’s is just like any other chili’s chain restaurant. We eat here every once in awhile and the food is always very good. Tonight we ordered from the 2 for 20 menu. I ordered the margarita chicken and my husband ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo. Both were very good but my husband asked for an extra side of Alfredo sauce because there wasn’t enough on the entrée. Unfortunately on this visit our service was not very good but in previous experiences we’ve never had an issue. They also have the Ziosk system where you can play games, order drinks, and pay for your meal at your table. It costs 99 cents to play an unlimited amount of games. We didn’t use it but I imagine it would be good for keeping kids occupied.

This is one of those national chains that offers some items that we really like — especially in the area of salads and appetizers. Their online ordering system is nice, user friendly, works well. The Santa Fe Chickens Salad($ 9.29) is excellent when you are looking for a slightly different version of a taco type salad. It has a nice amount of tender, grilled chicken with great flavor. Fresh Pico de gallo, diced avocado(kinda sparse), cilantro, and tortilla strips are included, along with several dressing choices — including a nice Ranch, and several with some good heat. The Quesadilla Explosion Salad($ 10.19) continues, and expands on, the Mexican theme. Again there is tender, grilled chicken — breast meat with cheese — the flavor id great, and the serving amble. also comes with diced tomato, corn & black bean salsa(nice spice here), and tortilla strips. Again several nice dressings are available, with some heat. Also come with toasted 3 cheese Quesadilla, which are rather bland, and limp. Overall this is a nice salad with some great Mexican flavor. These are not the cheapest salads in town, but they are well sized, the chicken is outstandingly flavored, and the other items are fresh and sharp. We like a number of items here, but these salads are especially good.

This was my 3rd time going to this Chili’s and this one was the best experience. Obviously it wasn’t prefect by any means, but it was good enough to get 3 stars. The food was decent. We had a good spread of things to try and everything was from ok to good. Although the food wasn’t served pipping hot, it still had decent flavor. The server was very nice. We could tell she was new before she told us but she did a great job. She has suggestions, we never had to wait for our drinks to be refilled, and everything was prompt and with a smile. If you have read any of my reviews, service can save a place. This place would have had 2 stars if not for the great service. I would go back but it wouldn’t be my first or second choice. Luckily for Chili’s, my friends love it.
