The couple of times I’ve ordered from here and it’s been pretty good, it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had but the prices are good and the pizza has never been bad. The delivery is quick as well so that’s a plus!

Perfectly serviceable pizza. I’ve had better, but I’ve had much worse. It’s very convenient, right on the way to Portsmouth. I’ll definitely stop here again.

Decent food. Pizza is a little bland for my taste, I much prefer New York Joe’s, spicier sauce. But that being said, it’s not bad. The steak & cheese sammich is often dry, but if you compensate with some condiments it’s yummy enough.

We have tried a few times since its opened and have consistently been disappointed. I stopped in after shopping last weekend with my daughter and bf. Although there were several young people behind the counter it took 8 minutes and my bf to say«Does anyone work here?“to get the attention of a girl focused on finding her cord to play her music. She answered the phone once as we ordered even though one boy was leaning against the counter memorizing our order to go and prepare. We ordered 3 subs.2 cold, 1 chicken finger. To go.My bf’s Italian and daughters frozen chicken finger were okay but my chicken salad was not cut and completely covered in salt.Inedible.Mistake or not I’m done. I live here in town and will never go back or recommend it to friends or family. Unless I hate them.

Stopped into this local pizza shop while driving through Greenfield. The good news is that the shop was impeccably clean. There were at least six or so employees working that I could count and there stood one of the issues: there appeared to be mass confusion as to who was doing what. I noticed several times confusion surrounding take-out orders(makes sense considering some of the reviews I’ve read here) and customers were made to wait while the phone was being constantly answered. On to the food. I ordered a gyro with fries and my bf ordered a buffalo chicken calzone. I ordered my gyro without onions yet it arrived with onions. Nothing too serious just an example of the kitchen not paying attention as I know the order taker made the note. The sandwich itself was fine although a little on the small side. The fries had that horrid coating that most shops are using today. Will someone please make a plain french fry? I’m so tired of the seasoned fries and if you are going to serve them please offer the customer the option of ordering them plain. The buffalo calzone was lots of tomato, little buffalo sauce. There was a «hint» of tobasco in the calzone but it was entirely too mild. I’d give this place another try; but, they definitely have some work to do in order to improve the front operation.

My wife and I were in town visiting and were pleasantly surprised. Great family owned pizza joint.

Stopped in with my gang — This is better than your average small town pizza and sub shop. Meals Experienced — Meatball sub — Meatballs were good — sauce was a little sweet — Grilled Chicken Gyros(even the small is a solid portion — This is a great meal) — Veal Parm with Pasta — the sauce work much better here — Steak and Cheese(no enough cheese.) Prices : –Reasonable pricing for a sub and pizza place Service: — Young team all cheerful and happy, very helpful and patient with my kids Environment : — Counter service for ordering and they deliver to table — Clean and bright — Excellent place for kids

The pizza I had tasted fine, but was overpriced. The mozzarella sticks were your typical pizzeria fare. There’s nothing really special about this place, I probably won’t go back.

Nik & Charlie’s Pizzeria is a casual pizza shop located on NH151 just south of the skewed NH33 intersection in Greenland. The place inside is bright which is an order at the counter place with open kitchen area and a clean dining room with ample self serve seating. The menu offerings include Greek style pizza(10″-16″), hand tossed NY style pizza(for additional charge), calzones, subs, pasta dinners, chicken fingers, wings, steak tips, gyros, salads, appetizers, and cold cooler drinks(Coke products). The prices here seem fair, most individual items & dinners priced $ 5.75-$ 9.95, most Greek style pizzas $ 5.95(sm cheese) — $ 13.95(lg specialty) and hand tossed pizzas $ 7.50(sm cheese) — $ 15.50(lg specialty). They have a posted weekday afternoon special 2PM-4PM for $ 3 off lg cheese pizza, $ 2 off sm cheese pizza, $ 1 off lg sub. While in Greenland, I stopped at Nik & Charlie’s to pickup a pizza to bring home. I decided to order a Large Spinach Pizza($ 10.70 plus tax) for carryout. The owner and a group of teenagers were working in the kitchen and had my pizza ready to go in about 15 minutes, via a pizza belt oven. The Spinach Pizza was on the oily side with ample melted browned cheese, sauce, and fresh leaf spinach on top of a Greek style crust(crisp outside and soft dry bread texture inside). The pizza tasted decent and the crust was okay, IMO. IF I do return again, I would most likely order the hand tossed pizza crust instead.

I had a weak moment, and decided to try Nik and Charlies Pizzeria again after the first time about three weeks after they opened(it was a total disaster). So I called in an order for my pizza and the young girl at the end of the call she said«it will be there when we can get there». So I was curious as to how long it was going to be, so I called back and gave the girl my info and asked how long it would be to get my pizza, she said«it should be there any minute». It was apparent to me that she was spouting the required response to any customer inquiry concerning their order that her boss programmed her to say. It’s sad that these idiots have opened a «pizza parlor» in our town… As I should have done in the first place, I called Joe’s NY Pizza(who delivers to Greenland) and ordered my pizza and it was excellent as usual … they will not last!

Update:12/2012. We finally had to stop coming here. Since I wrote my original review we’ve had many many take out orders. We like the food a lot but they can NOT get a take out order correct. If you get take out verify you got what you asked for before you leave. ~Original review: Pizza is the best item on the menu here. It’s good. You won’t be disappointed. Shock-Top on draft! Good service. Food has always been ready in a timely fashion for us whether it’s take-out or eat-in.

We went in and got our refund in person. The manager was pleasant and apologetic as she gave us our cash back and suggested we give them another chance after giving it some time. Given our experiences to date we really have no incentive to go back and give them another try at this point. Informal reviews we have heard from friends who have tried them is that there are still issues with accuracy and prep time of orders though the food they’ve sampled has been of decent quality. We wish them luck but will spend our dining dollars elsewhere.
