PV Squared

I cannot say enough great things about PV Squared. To begin, I shopped around to compare products and services of two local cooperatives. What initially sold me on PV Squared was the product, even though they were a little slow getting back to me. (Turns out, they were at a national conference when I sent my initial request.) Once I met Andy, one of their sales people, I immediately became impressed by the low key approach. I never felt any pressure. Clearly their product’s warranty and the longevity in the business made the difference in the final choice.
Over the years, I have worked with many contractors. When the work began, I really did not know they were here– it was so quiet! They cleaned up everything, taking all their trash along. Their work was completed early and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Whenever I had a question or concern, the response time was always short-​even on weekends!
A the end of their work, Seth came back to teach me the system details, never rushing, in fact, he spent most of the day here making certain everything was perfect. At the end of our session, he handed me a personalized owners manual with clearly explained pictures of MY SYSTEM referenced and labeled. This is a solid cooperative with smart, hard working professionals. I feel comfortable asking any questions and contacting them any time for help. Without question, these folks know what they are doing AND how to treat a client.
