The security gate personnel are pleasant and professional. That cannot be said of the driver area, where you take your paperwork in; They are curt & unpleasant if you ask the usual questions, pertaining to the status of your load. It is obviously too much trouble for them to be pleasant and perform their job well. Unloading here, will take much longer than many facilities. The usual under two hours, will be an all day affair. And they seem to be proud of it. They fail to realize, that truck drivers don’t make their money sitting. Instead you will be regarded with much disdain. This is an automated warehouse; which does not mean improved speed or competence. It is more an excuse for why they cannot perform the usual job in an efficient manner. The restroom available to drivers is clean at least. A sink in the sitting room of the drivers lounge and a very stripped down area to cool your heels, should you so desire.
