Cinergy Metronet

Until MetroNet came to West Lafayette/​Lafayette there was no REAL competition. Now we have choices and choices are good. I have been eagerly awaiting this «COM“pany so I could «CAST» off my current provider.
Ever since I switched to metronet my life has been much easier. They are professional and mindful of you time. They address issues quickly and professionally. The price you pay is the price you pay, there are no gimmicks or games with them. Your bill does not double or triple after some period of time. This alone is worth so much too me, with OTHER providers you have to call back every so often and spend hours on the phone trying to negotiate your bill down. NO MORE.
Now we have true competition in the broadband arena here in our two cities and I am so happy and will support metronet as much as I can.
