This is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. There is also usually a 50⁄50 chance that any salad or baked potato ordered there will have something wrong with it. The last side Caesar salad I got there had a bug in it.

Went to this Wendy’s about a month ago for lunch since I was in Greenbelt. Man, this Wendy’s was the slowest I ever went to. The line was long; I went in for a quick lunch since I had more work to do that afternoon. It was not a quick lunch because I waited in line over 10 minutes. I didn’t want Pollo Cabana(please see my 4 star review for Pollo Cabana) that day because I didn’t want a heavy lunch and didn’t want to spend a lot of time. While in line, I was looking at what else was over there on Unilocal and saw that there was a Perfect Pita over there, but at that point I was so close to the front. The other thing that bothered me was that the person before me had a special order for her burger, and the cashier literally yelled it to the cooks so that everyone in line could hear her order. I know if I were her I would have been embarrassed. This is unprofessional plus she was bickering with another employee(also unprofessional). Because of how slow they were, I ate my food fast and what should have been a quick 15 minutes was more like a 30 minute ordeal. I would not back here.

Whether you go inside or utilize the drive-thru, this place is still slow! I only went here today because getting to Chick Fil A at this hour would have been too hectic. Boy, do I regret my decision to come here. I waited in the drive thru for 20 – 30 minutes. The guy who was taking my order over the speaker sounded like he was speaking another language. I had to ask him to repeat himself 5 or 6 times. This is why speaking professionally in the workplace is so important. My order wasn’t taken correctly. I wasn’t given a receipt. My drink was wrong. My order was incomplete. I still had to turn around and practically beg for a straw, napkins, and condiments. I don’t know who’s worse between the guy taking the order and the guy taking my money and handing me my food but they are both gunning to tie for 1st place. Save yourself the headache and get something to eat elsewhere. You won’t regret it.

This place was a hot mess!!! They shout back and forth and the cashiers have bad attitudes. I will not be back.

The drive-thru is SO slow, that it would be faster for you to stop by the Safeway on the other side of the parking lot(which is notorious for their long lines) to buy whatever you need, make it at home and eat it. On top of all that, they served me a burger so cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted… Need new management and QUICK!

I go to this Wendy’s often, because I am constantly unprepared in the morning and forget my lunch. I always go through the drive thru, and overall I extremely dislike this Wendy’s. Why… the person taking the order at the drive thru is always rushed, barely listening to my order«no tomato’s or onions add cheese». I always have to repeat it and heaven forbid I don’t check it before leaving the drive through as it will probably lack cheese. Before I have a chance to drive up someone is hanging my drink out of the drive thru window. I feel like asking if they get some kind of employee bonus if they keep the drive thru times under 60 seconds. The person who gives me my meal always seems put off by request for ketchup giving me two packets for a medium fry. I always want to ask, do you really think two packets of ketchup is going to cover a medium order of fries, and if your that put off just put some damn ketchup in the bag to start with.
