The office staff is rude and unhelpful. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Doctor Werner is always late — 2 hours late. Every time. The staff are rude on the phone. They call, schedule/​reschedule appointments with only leaving a message and not speaking with the patient. We have been to 3 of his offices. If you are able to get a referral to somewhere else, it’s hopefully a better experience than what we had.
The kicker is all these patients have bladder issues — doesn’t the doc realize how rude and uncomfortable it is for these people!

Dr. Myron Murdock is a genius doctor, but this office will enrage you in the wait room and on the phone when trying to reschedule an appointment. Wait times are always over an hour long. There is no excuse for such an incompetent office.

This office is the worst office I have dealt with in my life. Every time, I have had to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor. I have arrived early every time, too. They demand payment as soon as you walk in – tacky and aggressive. Clearly this place is overbooked. Maybe it’s the location or the expertise. It’s certainly not the staff that’s bringing people in. The desk staff seems to hate their jobs.
One time I was here, the ceiling started leaking sewage from the floor above, and no one reacted for minutes. Then someone put up a wet floor sign and didn’t address the splashing sewage until much later. My operating room smelled like sewage and I was left alone for minutes until someone remembered I was there.
This office has consistently ruined my plans for the day because every time I assume it will be faster. My mistake. Fool me thrice, I’m never coming back.
