The service was friendly, but my whoppers were not made with the black buns and they didn’t come with cheese. Cost savings by restaurant? Food was good but unwrap order before you leave!

I get off work late and don’t have a vehicle but this locations lobby is supposed to be open to 10pm! However this is the 3rd time I’ve come between 9 and 9:15 and the lobby is closed! But the drive thru is open till 12am. My bad I don’t have a car so I can’t eat here! I guess I should walk through the drive thru. What really grinds my gears is that I called 3 times before this visit to verify hours but of course no one picks up the phone between 7pm-9pm. Also the official Website says 10pm for lobby hours but there are no visible posted hours on the store and it is closed! What the hell?! If the hours of this location are different, can u all please inform the rest of the damn world! Thanks I’m done with this location at any time of day…

Not up to the franchise standard. Slow service. Got to go through the line a second time if you want to add an item. Slow sloppy food prep. Orders rarely right. Quality of food product is poor. They even mess up a diet soda.

The entrance to the drive-thru has an enormous pothole that will swallow your car and soul. It’s right across the street from NASA and service tends to be a little slower during lunchtime but, to me, that’s expected and I don’t really fault them for that. That pothole, though…

I mean it’s burger king but COMEON. The wait is always ridiculously long. Even when there’s no one in front of you. They don’t apologize for poor service. There’s usually some type of problem with my order. The inside could be cleaner. But it’s burger king, the food is okay and I will still eat here when I’m starving. lol

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Burger King is a fast food establishment, keyword: FAST. So why did it take me 30 minutes to get my food? 20! In the drive-thru! My order was VERY simple: a double cheeseburger and a small fry. I dont know what the person(s) in front of me ordered but from the looks of things they weren’t pleased either, as they threw balled up paper at the employee from their car. I wanted to just scrap the whole idea and go somewhere else but I was trapped, one car ahead of me and one behind. When I did finally make it to the window, I gave the young man my payment and he walked over the front register and started chatting with his coworkers. I had a full view of the kitchen area where the food was being prepped and my order was ready less than 1 minute after I got to the window. I had to yell at the young fella to get him to bag up my food. And to add insult to injury, he had a nerve to have an attitude with me and thrust my food out the window. NEVERAGAIN.

Went in today for the $ 1 smoothie special. HELLO… is anyone going to acknowledge that we’re standing here??? It was not even busy inside but the service was still slow and not customer service oriented. The best time to go is in the morning when the manager is there(black guy with bald head… sorry I don’t know his name). Again, you get what you pay for but I think fast food restaurants as a whole seem to take advantage of this sometimes.

I typically go here on mornings when I am running late and am too lazy to make my breakfast. There is a woman who usually works the morning shift, and is still there at lunch time should I ever go during that time, and she is extremely nice. She’s always polite, she’s always smiling, and she always repeats my order and has never gotten it wrong. Someone should make her a manager.
