They were 40 minutes late beyond the 30 – 40 minute time table that was provided for delivery and screwed up an internet order that clearly laid what was expected for the toppings. I think reading comprehension and customer service skills are lacking at this location.

This location is very by-​the-​book. They accept all the papa johns flyer coupons and can do online ordering. I’ve ordered maybe a dozen times from them and never had an order screwed up. I think they get a ton of orders here because the employees always seem on edge. The employees were alright, but not super outgoing friendly like employees at a place like chick-​fil-​a. The location at Le Chalet and Military is a similar situation. No problems with the food, always tastes good. My protip for papa-​johns is to go on the retailmenot website and get a promo code for online ordering. Saves me a ton of money there.
