Just had a great experience looking at dresses. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Shopping here was a very pleasant experience.

The dresses in the store are absolutely gorgeous and from many designers in many styles.
However the customer service is AWFUL. HORRIBLE. My friend and I came in to the store, and I was looked up and down and told I was a size 6 (which is indeed my size) while my friend was completely ignored.
Then we told the older lady working in the store that we had approximately $ 300 each for prom dresses, but we would go up to $ 450 for a gorgeous dress. The older lady told me to browse dresses in my size and I did, picking two well in my price range and two slightly above ($ 460 and $ 500). Upon going to try on the dresses I was told that I am «NOT ALLOWED TO TRY ON DRESSES OUTSIDE OF MY PRICE RANGE» and then when I stated that I’d like to just see how I looked in those mermaid style dresses But I guess I would try on the other two only, the older lady said «Well you can’t try on dresses without an adult here.» Which was confusing because then why did you let me look for dresses at all? Then, I told her I was 18 and she said «Sorry I meant a parent, it’s store policy». They are ONLY AFTER MONEY it’s very clear. Rudest prom store I have ever been to, the business is sure to fail.
