The staff was incredibly rude, which wasn’t enough to overcome the average food(at best), the prices were average for the area.

We stopped in for the Friday fish fry after getting recommendation from Mike. The place is small but really cozy. We ordered the perch and a bluegill. Both were very delicious as well as the potato salad. Service was excellent and so helpful.

Stopped for lunch on a Friday. One of the specials was a Fish Reuben, although we were as little skeptical to try it, it was DELICIOUS! Our waitress was very friendly and happy! It is so refreshing to have great service. The also served a great made-from-scratch Bloody Mary. Thanks to Unilocal,we found a great restaurant. Tim & Michelle Golden

River street pier is a cute little bar with great soup and sandwiches. We stopped in recently and had a couple beers along with our lunch of a french dip, fish sandwich, onion rings and a cup of chicken booyah soup. Onion rings are hand cut and battered and served with really good horsey sauce. The soup was delicious with lots of chicken and vegetables. Décor is nautical with big windows that look out over Duck creek

Wen started a trip around Lake Michigan hunting lighthouses in Green Bay. We stopped at the Harley Davidson shop next door and asked where a good place to eat might be. River St. Pier was the resounding favorite of the staff. To say it is a «hole in the wall» is understatement. There are a few tables along one wall, a long island type counter running through the middle with bar stools and then seating at the bar. The staff was super friendly. The bartender recommended the onion rings and stated they would be the best we’d ever had. They did NOT disappoint. I have eaten a lot of onion rings in my day but I have never had any that tasted as good as these. The batter is something to write home about. I ordered the captain burger, and after the first bite, I said out loud«you have got to be kidding me that a burger can taste this good». It is a ¼ lb brat patty on top of a 1⁄3 lb angus beef patty smothered in a slice of cheddar. Hands down the best burger ever. Love the nautical décor.

The pub is small so don’t tell everyone how good this place is. The Pier has Wednesday and Friday night fish that is truly fresh and delicious. Choose potato salad, fries or slaw. It is all fresh and good. The burgers are done to order and are very tasty. I can’t wait to try more of their sandwiches but it’s hard to pass on the fish. The bartenders are friendly and pours a good cheap drink. You can’t go wrong at River Street Pier.

one of my favorite«hole in the wall» places. It’s pretty typical bar food — burgers & fries, various deep-fried things, sandwiches. They make a nice burer — that’s what I usually get. They make homemade potato chips that are awesome, too! If you go on Friday, try the clam chowder — it’s one of my favorites in the city. I’ve never had anything bad at RSP, some things are really excellent. Not to take away from the food, but the thing I like is the atmosphere. It’s a tiny place with lots of regulars, friendly bartenders, and a really unique look — It’s one of those places that’s not«just like every other restaurant».
