Visited this Green Bay Brewery with a friend who is a regular. There tap room is fantastic — large and inviting. The décor is fun. They had so many beers on tap that I decided to get a flight of 4 of their beers. They also had a section of taps for other Wisconsin breweries. I love the local feel. Fun place!

Badger State Brewing has great beer and great people. I have been to the brewery several times. There is quite the beer selection. They do not serve food but they allow people to bring in take out or order delivery. You can also buy there beer all over Green Bay, our fridge always has some type of Badger State in it!

Busy when we walked in. Was fortunate to be served a flight upon request. To my pleasant surprise they had two Pumpkin style beers, Excellent tasting. Buzzy Badger was very good also! Could have used one more bartender be cuz a couple people were denied flights because they said they were too busy! Loved that they had other visiting beers there. I believe Badger State has the best beer of all the Green Bay Breweries! Will be back!!!

This is another favorite Green Bay Brewery of mine. I went here the first weekend they were open all you could get is some merch and fill up a growler. Since then they have a tap room that’s fantastic. They have close to 20 tapped beers. Half of them are their beers and the other half are beers from other Wisconsin breweries. Now they have about 5 or 6 regulars beers that they make, but they are constantly coming up with new beers. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the different beers because they make them in such small batches. Some of my favorite beers are the Green Chop IPA, Walloon Wit Bier, Dubious Ruffian Chocolate Stout and the Buzzy Badger. Also this is a fun place to go for Packer games as they have a beer garden with games and music, plus it’s close to Lambeau.

This place knows beer!!! Extensive selection of own and guest beers. Awesome, hoppy IPAs. Snack menu only. Warehouse atmosphere.

Really cool atmosphere. Love the BYOF idea. Beer glasses are very unique, and brews were acceptable. The«order at the bar» idea does not work great, as patrons wait a LONG time for service. I am sure this is to assist with labor costs, but there is still not enough labor at the bar.

This is great addition to the Lambeau area! Its a large space, which is perfect for tailgating days. They offer a nice selection of their own brews, but also pour selections from other local breweries. They offer flights, pints, growler fills and the new Crowler(think a large can filled with craft beer, or a aluminum/can growler).

Love this place. They do IPAs like a boss. And their stouts are fantastic(Dubious Ruffian and Buzzy Badger are my favs). The atmosphere has a great vibe with the board games, the murals, and lots of fun-loving people. Their tours on Saturdays are particularly good — $ 10 for a complimentary beer, a sweet looking glass, and very knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommend.

I went here on a Saturday for a Packer home game the following day. The atmosphere inside was really good and it looked like they had a bunch of solid beers on tap. I was really excited to try them all and when I went up to bar and said I would like a taster of all of them he said he couldn’t do that because they were too busy and I could only order 2 at a time. I was disappointed and that is why I gave them 4 stars out of 5. The good news is that it saved me money because we ended up leaving after 1 pint and a few tasters instead of making it a night there like I wanted to. The beer that I had was really good. It was good enough for me to stop here before the Packer game the next day. They had a band playing outside which was nice. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Fun place to go before a packers game. Good beer and TVs and plenty of tailgating in the parking lot.

Loved BSBC! On a drive to check out Lambeau, I came across this gem! All of the beers come as full pints or 4 oz samples. Of course I wanted to try them all, so I got a few 4oz. My coworker said the Bunyan Badger Brown ale was a must try. I also enjoyed the Cream Bay(get it… like Green Bay), Porte Des Mortes Porter, and Walloon Witbier. The atmosphere was real chill and the clientele was very friendly. I even brought a howler home to share with the hubby.

First time I went here was for a Badger game and we brought pizza in with us. I love that you can bring food in and have some awesome beer. The price of their beer is really decent and all of them I have tried I have really enjoyed. Have been back a couple more times since my first visit and I always look forward to it. Will for sure be back.

This place is great! I have been to plenty of craft breweries around the United States, including but not limited to Founders in Grand Rapids and Stone Brewery in Escondido, CA. This place rivals if not beats these well known breweries with amazing flavor. I strongly recommend their Dubious Ruffian Chocolate Stout and Mean Green IPA(not sure if that last name is exactly correct), but you cannot go wrong. The atmosphere is very relaxed with fun games to play with your friends while enjoying the beer. I should add that the staff is friendly and very helpful if you should want a suggestion as to what to try. I highly recommend this Brewery!

Great beer here! It’s close to the Packers games and lots of room. The selection of local beer and Badger beer. You can find a beer or several for everyone in your group. The prices are very fair. My only knock on this place was the service we tried to get help from the staff member for help but he was unfriendly and lacked any passion for the beer or the breweries story.

Let me start by saying that I go to a lot of breweries. A fan of good beer I am. Good beer I seek. Badger State Brewing came through with flying colors. I enjoyed all 4 beers that I had. They are a new brewery and are doing everything better than 90% of the breweries around the U.S. The bartender /tap room manager Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tom helped me in making informed decisions on my beer selections. He was willing to help people make their selections by actually listening to what they wanted in a beer. The ambience is awesome. Wide open layout. Wood bar, tables, chairs. The coolest urinals I have ever had the privilege of utilizing. 5 star establishment on all fronts. Nice work B.S.B.

Whether there for a night of music and beer or casual board games and beer, you can’t go wrong at the Badger State Brewing tap room! Amazing beer selection! Their own brews are my favorite, but they also offer an amazing selection of WI craft beer! They don’t serve food, but offer snacks and you can bring your own food in or order it to their location! They do have food trucks on Packer Gamedays! Great for a unique experience by Lambeau Field! I hope they bring in even more amazing bands! I also love filling up my growlers for sharing with family and friends for a unique beer experience!

I was one of the lucky musicians to bring music to Badger State for the very first time, and wow was it ever a night! As a musician, booking music gigs can be a difficult venture. With ensuring you receive a reasonable wage, organizing promotion for the gig, and actually setting up and playing — things can get complicated and tricky quite easily. Not here. Even for the first time hosting music, they acted like an experienced venue ready and willing to work with my band and I to ensure a great night of music and beer. And that was only the beginning! Have I mentioned how amazing the place was? As the a musician, I also like to book venues that will amplify my sound, and Badger State did this splendidly. With a perfect area int the tap room to host music, we were able to be featured while also not making it too complicated for people to retrieve their drinks. They also have an amazing set up of tables so people can choose to sit or stand while still being able to hear and see the music. Also, their tap room is BEAUTIFUL. Being from Minneapolis, I have played in many tap rooms before, but none like Badger State. It is beautifully crafted with an easily accessible bar that is decked out in lovely wood features. It is classy and impressive and makes you feel like you are only going to drink the best of the best beer while inside. Lastly, let me tell you about the beer. I tried many different kinds as they were also very kind to provide the musicians with flowing beverages(also an expectation and a plus when booking a venue) and as someone who considers herself a bit of a beer snob, I was out right impressed with the flavors I found in the brews. They had one of the best IPAs I’ve ever drank — I even went and got myself a couple growlers of it to bring back to Minneapolis I liked it so much! Great brews, great atmosphere, great place for a musician to book a show. Laura Lou will be back to play music, drink beers, and enjoy the company of many good friends. Thanks for having us, lads!

Great beer, I particularly like that they feature beers from other local breweries. Get a flight of two ounce samples to try out their wide selection of offerings. I love the vibe inside the tasting room, too. The open glass area overlooking the brewery floor is a nice touch, too. My only issue was that they charge for water. I understand that places need to make money, but if you’re a brewery and make your beer with the water running through the pipes, I expect you to have tap water and not just bottles of water. I don’t know if they’re a part of the local tavern league(I didn’t ask), but it’s sort of standard practice in this area to have complimentary soda, or at the very least water, for the designated driver of the group. It certainly doesn’t motivate responsibility when the cost for the DD is 1⁄3 that of the drinking parties. Kinda turned me off. Update 1÷5÷2015: I received the following message from the owner Andrew F. regarding this: «Hi Allyson! We would like to apologize for the issue and clear up that a glass of tap water is free to anyone who requests one, however we also offer bottled water for sale as some people have a preference of one versus the other. Sorry for the confusion we caused and we hope to see you again!»

Thursday night 7pm. Good number of people, good vibe, alive. Open not cramped. Not to loud either i could talk to the barman. I tried 2 beers both were good. Bar staff are good and can talk about the beer they are selling(brewing). If you are not sure beer comes in multiple volumes 2oz to a pint. Good idea. I’ll be back.
