So I am on the hunt for my dress. Simple yet elegant. No fluff. I call make an appointment as to book a double slit that equals an hour of fitting time for me and 2 others. My party get a there and the place looks closed this was an evening appointment. We walk up and are greeted happily by a very nice women. as we walk in we are told we cleared out the store and closed just so you can have the store as long as you want. WE WILL FIND YOUR DRESS. I’m like YAYAYAYAYA! It’s like the movies!!! Now fro. this your all like so why only 3 stars. first off I am big as well as my sister the 3^rd in my party was my step daughter. a tiny little thing. we are wander and explain our indivdual styles and I explain the details of my wedding. beach best friends kids grands and that’s it. BBQ WEDDING. This leave and enormous budget for dress. the service was great above and beyond. the dress are well priced. but frilly and fluffy. I found our dress there and purchased them. but I wouldn’t go running back. if your. budget is low this is a no. otherwise go for it! they make you feel beautiful!!! big or small they have no problem to don’t your size and if you don’t know your size just say so cause they will measure you.

I had an okay experience at Alfred Angelo. I did not shop here for my wedding dress, but this is the first place I went with my bridesmaids. Dresses here come in so many colors and styles, starting as low as $ 99. Overall, the quality and taste level of (bridesmaid) dresses was average. However, one of my bridesmaids bought her dress here and I was happy that she found a great looking dress at a reasonable price. I noticed that most of the chiffon dresses had either very thin straps or were completely strapless, which is fine, but not what we were looking for. The other bridesmaids found what they were looking for at another salon. The consultant I worked with, Melissa, was excellent. She had a great sense of humor, a good eye for style, and made the overall experience much better than it would have been otherwise. I suggest making an appointment and limiting the number of people you bring with you as space as limited.

This was the first place I went to try on dresses. The girl I worked with listened to what I wanted and was able to pull a bunch of dresses that were my style. I was her first client as she was new and she nailed it! The very first dress I tried on was the one I eventually chose. It was beautiful!
When I went back to pick up my dress (which came in a very timely fashion with no issues), the same girl was there to help me.
The women there were so accommodating and made the dress shopping experience so easy. I loved my dress and received so many compliments on it the day of my wedding :)

3 stars for dress options/​quality. 5 for experience. Didn’t find my dress here, but I had an excellent experience with Melissa, our bridal consultant. She was so helpful and her easing going attitude made it more fun! Make sure to ask for Melissa!

I don’t understand the bad reviews here. I came in here thinking I already had decided on my dress from another store, but quickly changed my mind. The consultant showed me only dresses in the style I wanted and within my price point. Even when I got distracted and asked about another dress she told me I was welcome to try it on but that it was above my price point and it shut me up immediately! She was extremely patient with me while I debated each dress with my mom. There were only two other appointments going on and it was a Saturday morning, so they do a good job making sure there aren’t too many appointments at one time to give each bride the space and time needed. After going to many bridal stores I was very impressed with the quality of the Alfred Angelo dresses, especially for the price. The lace was softer and the backs of every dress were so intricate and really made a statement, which was something I was looking for and was really impressed at the number of options. Their modern vintage collection is stunning! All of these things combined helped me say yes to the dress. Highly recommend this location!

Very disappointed. The quality of the dresses was terrible. The dresses were very dirty. The people working were nice enough but do not recommend this store or brand to anyone.

Not impressed. After walking in for the noon appointment the bride made for all the bridesmaids to try on dresses, our consultant basically just left us to fend for ourselves. After walking around with dresses in my arms she finally asked if we wanted a dressing room. We all went over to the dressing room, but it was so packed there was no rooms and no area with mirrors for us to even see what we looked like! If you make an appointment, aren’t you supposed to get one of those areas with chairs?!
The consultant came over while one of the girls tired on a dress and said she would get us clips to fit the dress, and she never came back! We didn’t see her for the rest of the appointment. We put everything away and started to leave the store and she asked if we wanted any of the dress numbers written down. I said yes and showed her the two we liked. All she did was write 2 numbers on the back of the card. She didn’t list the color or style so we would know which one was which, and she didn’t leave her name.
I was so confused about this place. We were all really excited and ready to buy dresses, but with service like that, we will take our business elsewhere. This place gives off the impression that they will treat their customers like a high end bridal store, but instead, they do the total opposite.
