very good experience! I had to get an oil change fast before work because at night I’ll be driving to PA and they were so well mannered as well as efficient in time! he was honest about how long I have to wait l/​how long it was going to take. everyone working here was very polite and assuring in their service. will definitely come here for all of my future car mishaps!

My first impression here was somewhat positive; I asked for an oil change and they did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. Then a month later my girlfriend went for the same thing and they gave her a laundry list of unnecessary maintenance to complete (about $ 680). I took the car for a second opinion and found literally all of their recommendations were not needed.
I won’t be going back.

I have been going to this very for real place for quite many moons. I have been able to connect in a no bullshit way with all the workers there. Valvoline is an old school Americana experience more so than the Louie and Guyee that happens at a mall not too far away with the same name. My throat gets dope when I talk about that lame game. But to continue after pause about the oil spot I really hope Valvoline understands how much the crew here keeps me loking foward by basically being pro with me. My car at 180g is still running so I thunk there products are good too. Its better to stress less so bring a book and hit up there coffee for a chill time while your car gets a refresh.

I think the staff here does a good job, but the prices are quite high for an oil change. They also stress that I change my oil every 3,000 miles even with synthetic.
A bit better than going to a dealer.

The staff is very friendly there is also a TV in the waiting room the service techs really know what they are doing they recommend other services but are not forceful if you say no they move on there is no pressure here and the prices are great bring a coupon they are always happy to give the best customer service

Not a bad place to get an oil change. They do the same thing as any oil change/​auto shop does. Need air filter, recommend this, that etc but service guy was cool and no pressure on the sales. Showed that oil was full and I was on my way…

I recently needed to get the oil changed in my car and headed over. What a fantastic experience. The place was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. It took about 30 minutes on a saturday afternoon. I will return to them in the future and would definitely recommend them

I recently had an oil change at this valvoline location. I didn’t want to spend a ton at the dealer so I figured i’d try it out.
Overall, the service was quick, the staff were great and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I printed a coupon from their website which saved me a bit of $$$ as well. I would definitely return to this location for future oil changes.
*Of note, one thing I liked was that they told me the type of oil I needed for my car and the price before they even started as opposed to tacking on all kinds of charges and nailing me later. very honest.

I use this oil change service constantly. This saves on money and time compared to using a dealer.
The staff are courteous and quick, although the oil change seems to take a bit longer than 15 minutes, much less instant.
The location is a bit annoying if you’re heading westbound on Northern Blvd too. But at least it’s noticeable with the red, white, and blue Valvoline sign.
Overall, I do recommend it if you live nearby.

Horrible place! I had oil change, flushing of the system, exchanging of liquids. Guess what: a week later I went to a friend (mechanic) who had a look at my car. He showed me that they did not do any of the things they said they have done! Ok, was probably my fault because I was not standing next to the guy watching what he did. Do not use this service since they cheat you!

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Just got my oil change this weekend. I was out in less than 10 minutes once they started working on my car. This is great if they’re doing a good job but actually they’re NOT! Recommended that I needed a radiator flush even though I had one done this past winter. Insisted I needed a fuel system cleaning and showed me proof my showing me the air filter housing. WTF! On top of that didn’t refill my fluids, check the air in my tires. Stay away from this Valvoline franchise. Yes all VIOC are franchises and the service varies depending on the franchisee… this one is BAD.

i’ve been getting oil changes here for about 5 years now. the service has gotten better as the years go by. i was just there over the weekend for an oil change. i also got my spark plugs replaced and radiator flushed. the technician was great and did not pressure me to purchase the extra services. he worked quickly and i was completely satisfied. i always print out the coupons from their website before i go in for service.
