Last week I had the Five Cheese Please Parmesan Garlic Pizza with Pepperoni. It was great. Tried to order it this week and was told it was impossible to add pepperoni because the computer won’t allow it to be added by two separate people. When I told them I had one from there last week prepared like that they said that wasn’t possible and I must be «mistaken». They said I should order the Cheese Lover’s with Pepperoni because it’s almost completely the same. It isn’t the same. The Cheese Lover’s has tomato sauce and none of the same spices. It’s obvious all they had to do is turn around and say: add pepperoni to that one. But apparently that was too difficult. Obviously Customers Come No Where Near First Here. The food tastes like Pizza Hut, and that’s about it. They don’t deliver and their food ready times almost always leave you sitting there for about ten minutes. They don’t take Hut Lovers Club e-mail coupons. Nor do they participate in some nationwide promotions like the ten dollar any pizza, with their current price for a large at $ 11. Update: They now APPEAR to participate in national deals like the Mon-Thurs Large 1 Topping for $ 8, but they actually charge $ 9(own price system). I know they’re allowed to set their own prices, but it really seems a bit petty and greedy! Update: They now participate in national deals. If you call to order make sure to ask for the deal though. As when we didn’t ask they rang it up at and tried to charge us full price!
