Do not use this company. We gave the owner (Mike Jackson) a window frame that had broken glass. He gave us a price to repair the window. After several weeks of trying to get our window back from him, we showed up at his «business address» which is actually his mommy’s house. The next day he told us that our window frame had «accidentally» been thrown away. He said he would make it right. We had to have the window frame rebuilt and the glass replaced. When we reached out to Grayson Glass to reimburse us for the cost of having the frame rebuilt and the glass replaced, he then said he would only reimburse us for half the cost. We agreed as we just wanted to be done with this horrible company/​person. As soon as we agreed he immediately said he would not reimburse us. Do yourself a favor and never use this «company».
